Sole F80 Treadmill

Every time I use the Sole treadmill, I feel like I am walking on air. It is one of the smoothest and quietest machines I have used. I am impressed by any machine that has speakers and a hook up for my mp3 player. I do, however, wish the speaker where of higher quality. Listening to music during a work out makes time fly by so quickly that time is up before you know it. The digital display makes it easy to keep track of how long you have been on for and how far you have walked. It also keeps track of how many calories have been burned. The calories burned feature is very important to me as I count calories at every meal and keep a food log so I know how much I need to work off by the end of the day. The sole F80 treadmill is a very sturdy machine that can hold up to three hundred and fifty pounds. The elevation buttons are located on the hand rails for easy access with up to a fifteen percent incline. The incline makes it easy to achieve working out at intervals which is always a more effective way to burn those pesky calories. I seem to have accumulated a lot of different exercise machines over the past few years and they tend to take up a lot of space so the easy fold feature makes it a great space saver. When I am finished with the treadmill I simple fold it up and stick it in the corner where it won't be in any ones way. I recommend this product based on excellent features, easy storage and convenience. If the sole F80 treadmill had better speakers, it would make it the perfect work out machine.
