Ever since I purchased the Sirius Fitness cycle/ rower, it has made it easier to reach my fitness goals on time. It is fun and easy to use which makes a hard workout a lot more enjoyable than a lot of other machines. The pedals have straps that adjust to your feet to prevent them from slipping off the pedals, in some cases, causing an injury. The adjustable seat makes it possible for every one in the home to use the machine no matter how small or tall. The handle bars have a convenient pulse monitor so you do not have to constantly stop to take your pulse manually. Once a workout begins it can make it difficult to stop in the middle to take your pulse then pick up at the same speed you left off at. This feature enable you to keep going till your workouts are finished. The machine has eight positions, tension control resistance so you can make your workout easy or hard. Intervals are easy to achieve with this feature. The LCD screen displays all the information you need about your workout. It gives you the RPM and pulse count as well as the time put into your workout. It also lets you know how many calories have been burned, the speed and distance you have gone. This machine gets a five out of five for great features which enable an easy, fun and enjoyable workout. Every one in my home loves the machine and uses it regularly. You can get in a great workout while still sitting in front of the television watching a movie with the family. Working out with this machine at home is easier and a lot more enjoyable than going to the gym. I would recommend this product to any fitness buffs out there.
