Dyson DC14 All Floors Bagless Upright Cyclonic Vacuum
Rating: 5 out of 5

I purchased the Dyson DC13 vacuum for $299 approximately three years ago. I had heard how superior it was, but wanted to test it for myself. After bringing it home, I vacuumed an area on my carpet with my old vacuum. I then went over the same spot with my new Dyson and was truly amazed. It picked up so much more dirt than my old vacuum. After three years, it still has the same amount of suction and works perfectly.
One of the best features of this vacuum is the ease of taking it apart. Unlike any other vacuum I've owned, this one literally comes apart with the push of a button or sliding of a tab. The truly brilliant part of this is that you can take apart almost the entire unit. If I accidentally vacuum up something that is too large to fit through the connection between the tube and the canister (such as a child's sock), with the push of a button I am able to take the item out, snap the canister back on and finish the job. There is a button or sliding tab on almost every part of the unit, and they all easily snap back in place. The canister is see through so that you can tell when to empty it, as there are no bags used.
Another nice feature of this vacuum is that it has a telescopic handle which can extend up to 17 feet with the touch of a button. This makes for cleaning stairs a breeze, and also reaching hard to get to places such as under couches. It also comes with two attachments.
This vacuum also comes equipped with a HEPA filter built in that lasts the life of the vacuum. This Dyson vacuum is reliable, easy to use, and built of exceptional quality.
