I use my DeWalt drill for work. I am an electrician and I find this drill to be very useful. It has two speed settings, and is very lightweight, making it easy to use for long periods of time. Actually it is so lightweight that my wife has been able to use it when she was helping me build our fence. This drill puts out very good power for a small drill. I like that the battery charges fast because I use the drill all the time at work and when the battery runs low I can charge it fast before my next job. The carrying case this drill came with is nice. It holds the drill, charger, and battery and is very durable. I like the bright yellow color because it stands out and I can locate the tool in the evening when it starts to get dark and I am still working on the job.
One of the bad things about this DeWalt drill is that it will not handle heavy drilling so I do have to carry a heavy duty drill on my work truck. Also on occasion I have had the speed control slip out of place when using it and that is a pain. If I am using the drill consistently throughout the day on a big job I find that the battery has over heated a few times and this can sometimes delay the next charge. I feel this drill is a good quality drill for the amount of money you will spend on it. For the most part I do like this drill and I would recommend this DeWalt drill to someone who was going to use it around the house or who was only going to be using it for light maintance work.
