Chrysler 2010 PT Cruiser Classic

Rating: 5 out of 5
  • Currently 5.0/5.0

The 2010 Chrysler PT Cruiser Classic is a great car. The 2010 edition continues to bring charm to the PT line. The design and style as not change much since the PT Cruiser was first introduced in late 1999.

The 2010 version offer fair gas mileage: 19 city and 24 highway. The 2.4 liter straight 4 cylinder, 16 valve engine gives the PT Cruiser enough power to make it very fun to drive.
The standard version of the car is a four speed automatic transmission to power the 16 inch aluminum wheels.

The car still has the same feel as the original version. The original design (by Bryan Nesbitt) is still a unique looking vehicle on the roads of America.

The 2010 version gives the owner top of the line, hi tech options. In addition to the standard AM/FM stereo with CD player, Chrysler offers to turn the PT into its own Wi-Fi Hotspot. With this option and the installation of a Wi-Fi router, the PT Cruiser becomes a Hotspot, offer full internet access while on the road. SIRIUS Satellite Radio is also offered as another option.

With all the seats in place, the car seats five. But the PT Cruiser gives the owner the ability to convert it into a cargo hauler, with a total of 76 cubic feet of cargo room. To achieve this much space, you need to fold the rear seats down or remove them completely. The front seat is also convertible, it doubles as a flat working surface.
The fuel tank will hold 15 gallons. Which gives the driver a range of about 350 miles on a single tank of gas (highway).
As it was in 1999 when the PT Cruiser was first offered for sale, the 2010 version is a great car inside and out. It is as fun to drive and it looks. Anyone driving a PT should expect to be watched, and see heads turning as they drive down the any street. The 2010 edition will not disappoint.
