The Black & Decker DCM18S Brew 'n Go Personal Coffeemaker is an excellent choice for people with busy lifestyles who want to brew a cup of coffee as quickly as possible.

With an MSRP of under twenty dollars, this model is priced comparably to its competitors. However, its ease of use sets it apart. Admittedly, I was more than a bit apprehensive about entering into the world of brewing coffee at home. However, this coffeemaker was highly recommended to me based on usability, so I decided to put my doubts behind me and give it a try.

This compactly designed model is a great choice for those who have a limited amount of kitchen space. The addition of a permanent, removable plastic filter eliminates the need to buy paper filters, which is kind on the budget as well as the environment. It is a drip-style coffeemaker, and one of the most convenient features is the travel mug that the coffee is collected into. This addition is not common among competing models, and enables the user to start the process of making coffee and be on their way to work in less than ten minutes.

As a safety precaution, there is an automatic shutoff at the end of the brewing cycle. If there is a downside to this coffeemaker, it would be that the coffee is brewed at an extremely hot temperature. I am not able to comfortably drink the coffee without risk of burning my mouth for at least a half hour, users should keep that in mind when using it.

Overall, for the price this is an excellent choice for those who are in the market for a sleek, user-friendly coffeemaker. It is perfect for those who are seeking to begin brewing coffee at home on a budget.
