There needs to be a solution where no high numbered ports are used.  There are some situations, like mine, where high numbered ports are blocked in one of the offices I work in, and the server I need to FTP into at another location is also a web server, and has high numbered ports blocked as well.  This makes it difficult to impossible to FTP to the server at this location.  It would be nice if port 20 could be used for data on BOTH server and client.
