I would suggest changing the alphabet for base32 to 0123456789ABCDEFGHJKLMNPQRTUVWXY   for two added benefits:1. 0-9 A-F matches the first 16 letters of the hexidecimal alphabet.2. The four missing letters IOSZ could be confused with the digits 1052 respectively. With these benefits, any decoding algorithm should convert IOSZ to 1052 and lowercase to uppercase automatically. When encoding, the original alphabet would be used with uppercase letters.
