Isn't it at last time to set Unicode for default encoding in e-mails?We live in 21-th century, Internet is spread all over the world and billions of people are using it! It is shame, that we still have ridiculous problems, handling local character sets.Would it be a problem setting UTF-8 without header for default encoding in e-mails? As far as I know if a text doesn't contain any non ASCII characters, it is the same as in ASCII encoding. I think this could be done with little effort, so people, using alphabets other than latin would be more satisfied.Thank you!
