While trying to implement an instance of M3UA layer, I came to a conclusion that REG REQ message format is almost impossible to be correctly understood.Here I'm talking about syntactic aspect not semantic one. I don't understand why the format is specified this way, but the format itselt is quite cryptic and leaves a lot of chances of mis-interpretation by implementors. Definitely something should be done on the message format.
