When Service-Type Attribute with value "Authorize Only" is included within a CoA-Request or Disconnect-Request with attributes representing an authorization change included, what should the NAS do ?1.) reply with CoA NAK Or2.) silently discard the packet ?and if reply with CoA NAK what should be the Error-cause attributes value ?
