I believe the test vector value TEMP1 for the RC2wrap example is incorrect.If you take the plaintextLCEKPADICV: 10b7 0a25 fbc9 d86a 86050ce0 d711 ead4 d948 45cc e7fd 1250 0a6f f19f db40 4988And encrypt it using RC2 in CBC mode with the following you will not get what they say you should get in TEMP1IV: c7d9 0059 b29e 97f7KEK: fd04 fd08 0607 07fb 0003 feff fd02 fe05I used an RC2parameter of 128 for the effective key bits.. Of course this value is encoded correctly...
