As far as I se, the list of Open Issues (section 5) fails to list the problem of time comaparison between events occuring in different locations in space-time (this problem was introduced in special relativity theory, remailns in general relativity theory, and it seems that it will remain in any future theory replacing these, at least in the time scope considered in this proposed standard, whatever "time scope" means).Another issue not mentioned is the possibility of time travel...
