i have some contradictions in the statements stated in this RFC.statements are:-1.If Router X is not itself eligible to become Designated Router, it ispossible that neither a Backup designated Router nor a Designated Router will be selected in the procedure described in this RFC. 2.The procedure described in the RFC may elect the same router to be bothDesignated Router and Backup Designated Router, although that router will never be the calculating router (Router X) itself.the above statements are in the section 9.4 at the page no 77.please clearify it.
