In the RREP Message Format the field "Originator Sequence Number" seems to be missing. In 6.6 it says "When generating a RREP message, a node copies the Destination IP Address and the Originator Sequence Number from the RREQ message into the corresponding fields in the RREP message. " .But there is only a field for the Destination Sequence Number which is set either in 6.6.1 " The destination node places its (perhaps newly incremented) sequence number into the Destination Sequence Number field of the RREP" orin 6.6.2 "...it copies its known sequence number for the destination into the Destination Sequence Number field in the RREP message."
