in this rfc, in section 8 on page no 59,it is said that on physical point to point network, ip destination is always set to the address ALLSPFRouters. but i think on physical point to point network, ip destination is always set to the unicast address and for broadcast network, ip destination is set to the address ALLSPFRouters
