I would like to see the OP protocol modified as such.In order to meet the requirements laid out in rfc3751 the protocol would need to act in a moral and/or ethic manner which implies that it would have conscience. This would create a conscience omniscience protocol or COP for short. This COP client could then carry out fair and impartial acts of justice according the the law.
