There is a small spelling error in this doc :" Also ICMP messages are only sent about errors in handling fragment zero of fragemented datagrams.  (Fragment zero has the fragment offeset equal zero) "offeset -> offsetgrep for "offeset" and you will catch it.I feel so elite, contributing towards the spellcheck of a landmark RFC thats been out in the public domain 23 years :P
