In light of the current litigious atmosphere in the corporate world, where the accidental viewing of inappropriate material can precipitate a Hostile Workplace lawsuit, I propose the reassignment of two bits in the IPv4 header as Naughty Bits. They would be in the following format: +-+-+ \|T\|A\| +-+-+ The two bits are treated as boolean values. Thus, T AND A would be considered extremely naughty. An advantage to using the Naughty Bits is that corporate web filters would not have to look any further into the packet than the header. Currently most web filters use the Santa Claus algorithm, in which lists of naughty URLs are maintained, and checked twice, in order to find out whether a packet is Naughty or Nice. The Naughty Bits would function independently of the The Evil Bit. So a packet, though not Naughty, could still be Evil... Nice and Evil. Conversely, it is possible also for a packet to be Good and Naughty. Proof-of-concept application to follow, coded, of course, in Python.
