13a:  While it is by no means the fastest or the most efficient, the most reliable network in the world remains the sneakernet.Corollary 1:  While it is by no means the most efficient or reliable, the fastest network in the world is comprised of the office gossip circles.Corollary 2:  While it is by no means the fastest or the most reliable, the most efficient network in the world in terms of time and effort required to build and maintain it is comprised of two cups and some string.
