It is not clear from paras 4.8.5.1 and 4.8.5.2 how to interpret an excluded DATE in relation to an included DATE/TIME. If a specific date is specified by EXDATE or EXRULE, should all date/time values falling on that date be excluded? Or does it only exclude a DATE value which is equal? A clarification would be useful. For example:DTSTART:20030129T130000EXDATE;VALUE=DATE:20030130RRULE:FREQ=HOURLY;INTERVAL=12;UNTIL=20030131T010000Should this recur at(Jan 29) 13:00, (Jan 31) 01:00(excluding the date specified by EXDATE),or should it recur at (Jan 29) 13:00, (Jan 30) 01:00,13:00, (Jan 31) 01:00 (since the date specified by EXDATE doesn't exactly match any of the recurrence times specified by RRULE)?
