In the Extended ASCII CODE character Set, True Zero is defined as the Null Set Character, ' Ø  '. However,        because Binary equivalent of ' 1 ' is ' 00 ', I believe that it would beeasier if the Character Set werechanged to represent the Binary equivalent of  ' 1 ' as ' 0 ', asopposed to '00', because '00' is 2Bits and '0' is '1' Bit. In otherwords, when typing using either a TypeWriter or the Key Board of the Computer, typing a Zero would generate the Null Set Character ' Ø  ', instead of ' 0 '.
