According to the present invention, a greenhouse gas reference emission amount for the vehicle may be reduced, and the greenhouse gas reduction amount for the vehicle may be converted into carbon credit that includes an economic value through the carbon emission reduction device so as to induce active participation by individuals for the reduction of greenhouse gas.
