20160084779 | NUCLEAR MAGNETIC RESONANCE IMPLEMENTED SYNTHETIC INDOLE AND INDAZOLE CANNABINOID DETECTION, IDENTIFICATION, AND QUANTIFICATION - The present invention provides a method for detecting synthetic indole and indazole cannabinoids in a sample known or suspected to contain a synthetic indole or indazole cannabinoid. A deuterated solvent is added to the solid sample, creating a suspension. The suspension is mixed to release the cannabinoid from the solid sample. The suspension is subject to a NMR spectroscopy process to produce a sample NMR spectrum. The synthetic cannabinoid is detected in the suspension by analysis of the sample NMR spectrum. When one-dimensional proton NMR is used, detection of a first peak between 8.00 and 8.50 ppm and a second peak between 4.00 and 4.40 ppm, indicates the presence of a synthetic indole or indazole cannabinoid. When two-dimensional Correlation Spectroscopy (COSY) NMR is used, detection of a first spot between 6.50 and 9.00 ppm and a second spot between 1.50 and 4.50 ppm indicates the presence of a synthetic indole or indazole cannabinoid. The method is performed in the absence of chromatography and optionally, may be used to quantify the amount of synthetic cannabinoid. | 03-24-2016 |

20150144732 | AERODYNAMIC FAIRING DIVIDED INTO SUB-PORTIONS - An aerodynamic fairing including at least one sub-assembly, each sub-assembly having a frame which is orientated transversely relative to the longitudinal axis of the fairing and a floor portion which is provided with an inner face, via which the floor portion is fixed to the frame. The fairing further comprises lateral panels which are fixed to the frame and which each extend substantially along the longitudinal axis of the fairing at one side and the other of a plane of symmetry of the fairing. The floor portions of the sub-assemblies are not mechanically connected to each other via rigid connections. The division of the floor into separate portions allows a reduction in the longitudinal thermomechanical stresses applied by the expansion of the floor under the action of the primary hot flow of the turbo reactor. | 05-28-2015 |
20150344140 | AERODYNAMIC FAIRING - An aerodynamic fairing whose floor has absolutely no contact with respect to the lateral panels over the entire length of the fairing along the longitudinal axis. A free space e is provided between the floor and the lower edge of each panel. There is a longitudinal mechanical gap between the floor and each of the lateral panels. The absence of any rigid mechanical connection between the floor and the lateral panels allows the transfer of the thermomechanical stresses from the floor to the lateral panels and therefore preventing the deformation of the fairing. | 12-03-2015 |
