20120253471Variable Length Airway Stent Graft With One-Way Valves - An airway stent graft includes a plurality of openings through the surface of the graft material and one-way valves at the openings to permit air from outside of the stent graft to enter a lumen thereof during exhalation and to prevent air from exiting the lumen through the openings during inhalation. The stent graft may be of variable length such that the stent graft may be cut to the desired length in vivo. A delivery system includes a cutter assembly to cut graft material of the stent at the desired location in vivo.10-04-2012

20090259285Bifurcated Delivery System - A delivery system for a stent to a bifurcated region includes an elongated shaft with first and second branches extending from the elongated shaft. First and second branches have first and second balloons mounted thereon, respectively. A first guidewire extends the entire length of the delivery system and into the first branch for an “over-the-wire” configuration. A second guidewire extends into the second branch, but enters the elongated shaft near a distal end thereof for a “rapid-exchange” configuration. A guideway is formed in the elongated shaft and extends into the first guidewire lumen. The guideway may be forced open by a guide member slidably coupled to the elongated shaft, thereby adjusting the effective over-the-wire length of the first guidewire.10-15-2009

20120099711TELECOMMUNICATION FRAUD PREVENTION SYSTEM AND METHOD - A system for monitoring of telephone calls on a plurality of inbound and outbound voice channels made to and originating from a common private branch exchange (PBX) to detect fraudulent activity. Monitors and detects audio data on two or more of the voice channels. Includes analysis of binary data streams on at least one inbound voice channel and at least one outbound voice channel and comparing said streams by a sliding window to slide a sample frame of one channel binary data stream backwards and/or forwards relative to the other binary data stream to synchronize the inbound voice channel and outbound voice channel. The comparison determines if a data match is present between the compared inbound channel and the outbound channel and blocks the at least one outbound voice channel, if a data match is found with at least one inbound voice channel.04-26-2012
