20120234069 | HOT PRESS MOLD, TEMPERATURE MEASURING DEVICE, AND HOT PRESS MOLDING METHOD - Provided is a technique which can, in order to guarantee the molding accuracy of hot press molding, accurately measure the temperature of a workpiece being subjected to the hot press molding. A hot press mold is a mold used for hot press molding for hardening and molding a workpiece, which has been heated, by pressing the workpiece. The hot press mold is provided with a stroke type temperature measuring device which is extended and retracted by a pressing force applied thereto through the workpiece. The temperature measuring device is provided in such a manner that the temperature measuring device protrudes outward from the molding surface of the mold, and when subjected to the pressing force applied through the workpiece while being in contact with the workpiece, the temperature measuring device shortens in length and retracts into the mold. It is preferable that the temperature measuring device is provided with a first elastic member and a second elastic member which shorten in length when subjected to the pressing force applied through the workpiece, and that the temperature measuring device is extended and retracted in two stages by means of the first elastic member and the second elastic member. | 09-20-2012 |
20140123721 | HOT-PRESSING APPARATUS - Disclosed is a hot-pressing apparatus capable of quenching a workpiece at a sufficient cooling rate. A hot-pressing apparatus includes a lower die and an upper die. The hot-pressing apparatus causes the dies to press a workpiece, and at the same time, to keep the forming surfaces thereof in contact with the workpiece to cool the workpiece. Depression parts are formed in parts of the lower die which faces external corners of the upper die, and parts of the upper die which faces external corners of the lower die. The water-feed channel and the lower water-feed device, and the water-feed channel and the upper water-feed device are provided to feed cooling water to spaces between the workpiece and the dies. | 05-08-2014 |

20140069163 | HOT-PRESSING DIE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME - A hot-pressing die and a method for manufacturing the hot-pressing die are disclosed. The die which presses and cools a heated workpiece at the same time to form a product with a hat-shape includes a lower die and an upper die. The lower die has a protrusion which protrudes from the forming surface thereof, and the upper die has a recess corresponding to the protrusion. The lower die is modified into a modified lower die by forming, on the forming surface of the protruding end of the protrusion, a buildup part with a convex shape to gradually change in position in the protruding direction of the protrusion toward the middle thereof. | 03-13-2014 |
20140123722 | ENERGIZATION HEATING DEVICE AND METHOD - An electrically heating device is provided with a pair of clamp units serving as electrodes for energization and applying tension to a workpiece to be heated clamped between the clamp units by moving the clamp units in the direction in which the clamp units separate from each other during energization heating. The clamp units each include a facing surface inclined with respect to the moving direction of the clamp units and form, by the facing surface, a preform including an inclined surface inclined with respect to the plane direction of the workpiece in a clamping portion clamped between the clamp units in the workpiece. | 05-08-2014 |
20140190233 | METAL MOLD FOR HOT PRESSING - A metal mold for hot pressing according to the present invention includes a fixed mold and a movable mold disposed such that molding surfaces of the fixed mold and the movable mold face each other. The metal mold sandwiches a heated workpiece between the fixed mold and the movable mold to press the workpiece while, at the same time, cooling the workpiece by keeping the molding surfaces of the fixed mold and the movable mold in contact with surfaces of the workpiece. A layer formed by a shape-memory alloy is formed at least at a portion, on which fitting during pressing is tight, of the molding surface of the fixed mold. According to the metal mold for hot pressing of the present invention, formation of a gap between the metal mold and the workpiece is suppressed and uniform contact between the metal mold and the workpiece can be achieved. | 07-10-2014 |

20130249447 | Synchronous Motor Controller, Synchronous Motor Control Method - A controller for a conventional synchronous motor is configured to produce desired output characteristics. The controller generates a drive current for based on a current command, has a motor correcting section and a gain adjusting section which output a compensated current command based on the current command according to a compensating transfer function for cancelling a first transfer function showing a first torque response characteristic of the synchronous motor and replacing it with a second transfer function showing a second torque response characteristic, and a current controller which generates a drive current corresponding to the compensated current command. | 09-26-2013 |
20130322977 | Method of Machining Workpiece with Machine Tool - A workpiece is machined by setting a frequency response band of a control system for a rotation drive motor or a feed drive motor so that tool abrasion is within a predetermined allowable range. The frequency response band may be adjusted by adjusting a proportional gain and an integral gain. With the workpiece machined by such a process, where the frequency response band maintains tool abrasion within the allowable range, machining quality and efficiency are improved. | 12-05-2013 |
