20090041598ELECTRIC COMPRESSOR - An inverter-integrated or an inverter-separated electric compressor has a control device. The control device estimates a compressor suction pressure based on the temperature of the power element of the inverter, or directly measures the compressor suction pressure by a sensor, or estimates the compressor suction pressure based on a compressor suction temperature or on a compressor housing temperature. Further, the control device calculates a motor torque based on a motor rotational speed, a motor phase current, and a motor phase voltage, estimates a compressor discharge pressure based on the compressor suction pressure and the motor torque, and estimates a compressor discharge temperature based on the compressor suction pressure and the compressor discharge pressure. An electric compressor having a discharge temperature detection means in place of a conventional thermal protector can be realized.02-12-2009
20090068047Closed Type Fluid Machine - An electric scroll compressor (03-12-2009
20090148314Scroll Fluid Machine - An electric motor-driven scroll compressor as a fluid machine includes a housing (06-11-2009
20100178175Start-Up Control Device and Method for Electric Scroll Compressor - A device executing a start-up control method for an electric scroll compressor has a thermistor (07-15-2010
20100209266ELECTRIC COMPRESSOR INTEGRAL WITH DRIVE CIRCUIT - An electric compressor integral with a drive circuit incorporates a compression mechanism section, a motor for driving the compression mechanism section, and a motor drive circuit. A refrigerant gas chamber having a refrigerant gas expansion space, into which refrigerant gas is introduced, is formed between a drive circuit installation section and a motor installation section, by a first partition wall provided on the drive circuit side and a second partition wall provided on the motor side, the side opposite the drive circuit side. The refrigerant gas chamber is interrupted by the first partition wall against the drive circuit installation section and is communicated with the motor installation section by a through hole that is provided in the second partition wall and through which the refrigerant gas can pass. Heat generating components, particularly in the drive circuit, can be easily and effectively cooled, and also on the motor installation side, cooling of the motor and lubrication of a bearing section can be easily and excellently performed.08-19-2010
20100247348TERMINAL DEVICE FOR ELECTRIC COMPRESSOR - A terminal device for an electric compressor has a partition wall and a terminal member for supplying electricity to an electric motor for driving a compression mechanism. The partition wall is located between an electric motor-storing section, which stores the electric motor and in which lubricating oil-containing fluid to be compressed is present, and a circuit section for supplying electricity to the electric motor. The terminal member extends through the partition wall in a sealed and insulated manner. An electricity conduction wire at an end of a lead wire for supplying electricity to the electric motor is directly connected to the end of the terminal member which is on the electric motor-storing section side. An insulation cover is provided so as to extend from the electric motor-storing section—side end of the terminal member to an insulation cover tube of the electricity conduction wire of the lead wire for supplying electricity to the electric motor. The terminal device can exhibit high insulation performance even if polyalkylene glycol-based oil is used as lubricating oil-containing fluid to be compressed. Further, the terminal device has a simple structure not requiring a cluster, can ensure high insulation performance, and can be constructed at low cost.09-30-2010
20100247353TERMINAL DEVICE FOR ELECTRIC COMPRESSOR - A terminal device for an electric compressor has a partition wall and a terminal member for supplying electricity to an electric motor for driving a compression mechanism. The partition wall is located between an electric motor-storing section, which stores the electric motor and in which lubricating oil-containing fluid to be compressed is present, and a circuit section for supplying electricity to the electric motor. The terminal member extends through the partition wall in a sealed and insulated manner. The terminal member is constructed as a steel bolt-like member, and an end of a lead wire for supplying electricity to the electric motor is directly connected by caulking to the end of the terminal member at the electric motor-storing section side. The terminal device can exhibit high insulation performance even if polyalkylene glycol-based oil is used as lubricating oil contained in fluid to be compressed. Further, the terminal device has a simple structure not requiring a cluster, can ensure high insulation performance, and can be constructed at low cost.09-30-2010
20100254833TERMINAL DEVICE FOR ELECTRIC COMPRESSOR - Provided is a terminal device for an electric compressor including: a partition wall arranged between a container part for a compression mechanism drive motor present with a lubricant-containing fluid to be compressed and a circuit part for supplying power to the motor; and a power supply terminal member hermetically extending through the partition wall so as to supply power to the motor. An electric communication portion of the terminal member extending between the two parts is covered with insulating varnish. Even when polyalkylene glycol-based oil is used as the lubricant-containing fluid to be compressed, it is possible to realize an electric compressor terminal device with a simple structure at a low cost which can exhibit a sufficiently high insulation performance.10-07-2010
