20120099855 | Domain-Independent Persistent Fibre Channel Identifiers - A Fibre Channel switch and related methods are provided for a relative addressing scheme for domain values used by the switch to avoid losing other portions of a Fibre Channel identifier if a particular run-time domain becomes invalid. At a Fibre Channel switch, data is stored that assigns a relative domain field value to a run-time domain in one of a plurality of virtual storage area networks. The relative domain field value used for a Fibre Channel identifier is determined for each of a plurality of devices connected to the Fibre Channel switch based on the run-time domain of the respective devices and the virtual storage area network in which the respective devices are active. A Fibre Channel identifier is stored in a memory of the Fibre Channel switch for each of the plurality of devices. The Fibre Channel identifier comprises the relative domain field value determined for the device together with area and port values for the device. The relative domain value is either a reserved domain field value for an existing virtual storage area network or any of the regular domain field values for a new virtual storage area network. The reserved domain field value is a domain field value that is not to be explicitly used in a Fibre Channel network for Fibre Channel identifiers according to the applicable Fibre Channel industry standards. | 04-26-2012 |

20150075225 | MOULD-SUPPORTING SYSTEM FOR A MACHINE FOR FORMING HOLLOW GLASSWARE - A mould-supporting system for a machine for forming hollow glassware includes a supporting structure, and a first carriage and a second carriage, which are slidably mounted, respectively, on a first bar and a second bar of the supporting structure, and, moreover, are slidably mounted on a third bar of the supporting structure, common to the two carriages, the first and second carriages carrying, respectively, a first mould-carrier arm and a second mould-carrier arm. Mutual displacement of the first and second carriages is controlled between a position where they are set close to one another and a corresponding position where they are set apart. The first and second carriages have a first tubular portion that engages, respectively, the first and second bars via first sliding means, and a second tubular portion that engages the third bar via second sliding means. The second sliding means enable adjustment of the position of the second tubular portion in a direction transverse to the third bar | 03-19-2015 |
20150075226 | MOULD-SUPPORTING SYSTEM FOR A MACHINE FOR FORMING HOLLOW GLASSWARE - A mould-supporting system for a machine for forming hollow glassware, includes a supporting structure, a first carriage and a second carriage, which are slidably mounted respectively on a first bar and a second bar of the supporting structure, and carry, respectively, a first mould-carrier arm and a second mould-carrier arm. A mutual displacement of the first and second carriages between a position where they are set close to one another and a corresponding position where they are set apart is controlled. On one between the first and second carriages, means are provided for guiding the other between the first and second carriages during their mutual displacement. | 03-19-2015 |

20120190983 | METHOD FOR MEASURING AT LEAST ONE PROPERTY OF BIOLOGICAL TISSUE - A method for measuring at least one property of biological tissue, including: positioning an ultrasonic transducer opposite the biological tissue to be measured; generating an ultrasonic signal within the biological tissue; acquiring at least one ultrasonic signal reflected by the biological tissue; determining at least one parameter of the biological tissue using the acquisition of the ultrasonic signal reflected by the biological tissue, the at least one parameter being representative of the biological tissue; comparing the at least one parameter of the biological tissue with at least one reference parameter of a target biological tissue so as to confirm the hypothesis of the presence of the target biological tissue opposite the ultrasonic transducer; and determining at least one property of the biological tissue on the basis of the result of the comparison. The method can be directly used in the field of humans or animals. | 07-26-2012 |
20150099971 | DEVICE FOR MEASURING AN ULTRASONIC OR BIOMECHANICAL PARAMETER OF A VISCOELASTIC MEDIUM - A device for measuring an ultrasonic or biomechanical parameter of a viscoelastic medium, includes an ultrasound transducer; at least one vibrator having a fixed part and a mobile part, the ultrasound transducer being secured to the mobile part of the at least one vibrator; at least one adhesive element secured to the vibrator, the adhesive element being configured to be fixed adhesively to a surface facing it belonging to the viscoelastic medium and to keep the emission and reception face of the ultrasound transducer facing the surface. | 04-09-2015 |
