20120205178 | VEHICLE OVERSPEED PROTECTION SYSTEM - An articulated vehicle is provided having a cab portion, a trailer portion, and a coupling assembly positioned between the cab portion and the trailer portion. A front wheel assembly may support the cab portion, and a rear wheel assembly may support the trailer portion. The vehicle may include an overspeed protection system configured to protect the vehicle from an overspeed condition. | 08-16-2012 |
20120209481 | BRAKE TEST METHOD - A ground engaging vehicle having an engine, a transmission driven by the engine, a controller, and a braking system. The controller is communicatively coupled to the engine and the transmission. The braking system is communicatively coupled to the controller. The controller is configured to execute testing steps to evaluate the braking system. The braking system includes a service brake and/or a parking brake. The testing steps executed by the controller include applying either the service brake or the parking brake; engaging the transmission to drive the vehicle; significantly increasing power output from the engine to the transmission, and sensing whether the transmission has an output movement that is above a predetermined amount. | 08-16-2012 |
20120209486 | SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR USING VEHICLE PARASITIC LOADS TO AID WITH VEHICLE SPEED RETARDATION - A system and method for providing additional speed retardation capacity is disclosed that utilizes parasitic loads of the vehicle. A vehicle is disclosed that includes a vehicle control system for sensing overspeed conditions, a powertrain, and a parasitic load. When an overspeed condition is detected, the parasitic load that is normally deactivated to improve efficiency is activated to remove power from the powertrain. Temperature sensors can monitor a load temperature and the parasitic loads can be controlled based on the temperature readings. A method is disclosed that includes detecting overspeed conditions, activating parasitic loads to absorb power when an overspeed condition is detected, and deactivating the loads when the overspeed condition ceases. The parasitic loads can be controlled separately or together. The method can include cumulative actions based on greater overspeed conditions. | 08-16-2012 |
20120211973 | Work Vehicle Oscillation System - A work vehicle comprises a front frame, a rear frame, an oscillation frame, a slew bearing, and a rolling-element bearing. The slew bearing and the rolling-element bearing allow oscillation between the oscillation frame and the rear frame about a fore-aft axis. | 08-23-2012 |

20090053033 | PALLET COVER - A pallet cover includes a deck. A plurality of flanges extend upwardly from the deck and a plurality of legs extend downwardly from the deck. The pallet cover includes a plurality of adjustable corner members that allow the pallet cover to fit pallets of varying sizes. The adjustable corner members operate in an “accordion-like” fashion so that they can be reused on multiple pallets and still retain their original size. | 02-26-2009 |
20140231299 | BAKERY DELIVERY AND MERCHANDISING SYSTEM - A tray assembly includes a tray having a base, a pair of opposed side walls extending upward from side edges of the base. Front and rear walls extend upward from front and rear edges of the base. The front and rear walls are substantially shorter than the side walls. A liner has a base wall and a pair of opposed side walls. The liner is removably received within the tray. The product in the tray can be removed all at once along with the liner for more efficient stocking at a store. | 08-21-2014 |

20120211390 | BAKERY TRAY - A bakery tray includes a base and side walls extending upward from sides of the base, each side wall including an outer side rail and an inner side rail. Side drag rails extend downward from the base proximate sides of the base, with feet projecting outward from the side drag rails. An outer rib projects downward from an outer edge of each of the feet such that the side drag rail of an identical upper tray being stacked on the bakery tray contacts the flanges while the outer ribs of the upper tray are received between the outer side rail and the inner side rail. In another feature, the side walls include handle openings, the handle openings each partially defined by a convex outer wall. In another feature, an upper edge of the front wall includes finger corrugations for accommodating the fingers of a user's hand grasping the tray. | 08-23-2012 |

20140100118 | METHOD FOR CONTINUOUSLY FORMING SUPERCONDUCTING WIRE AND PRODUCTS THEREFROM - A device and method for continuously forming superconducting wire, and products made therefrom. The method may include providing at least one continuous metal sheathing strip and at least one metal form, continuously forming the at least one continuous metal sheathing strip to form a partially open configuration, continuously filling the partially open configuration with magnesium diboride precursor comprising boron, and a metal form, and closing the partially open configuration thereby enclosing the magnesium diboride precursor comprising boron, and a metal form, to form a closed configuration. Subsequent reduction in diameter and elongation in length of the closed configuration, followed by heat treatment, catalyzes the transformation of the magnesium diboride precursor comprising boron, and the metal form, to magnesium diboride to form the superconducting wire. | 04-10-2014 |
