20110040939MICROPROCESSOR WITH INTEGRATED HIGH SPEED MEMORY - The present invention relates to the field of (micro)computer design and architecture, and in particular to microarchitecture associated with moving data values between a (micro)processor and memory components. Particularly, the present invention relates to a computer system with an processor architecture in which register addresses are generated with more than one execution channel controlled by one central processing unit with at least one load/store unit for loading and storing data objects, and at least one cache memory associated to the processor holding data objects accessed by the processor, wherein said processor's load/store unit contains a high speed memory directly interfacing said load/store unit to the cache. The present invention improves the of architectures with dual ported microprocessor implementations comprising two execution pipelines capable of two load/store data transactions per cycle. By including a cache memory inside the load/store unit, the processor is directly interfaced from its load/store units to the caches. Thus, the present invention accelerates data accesses and transactions from and to the load/store units of the processor and the data cache memory.02-17-2011

20110271948APPARATUS FOR CAPTURING HEAT FROM A STOVE - Apparatus for capturing heat from a stove to enable it to be transferred to a central heating system is disclosed. The apparatus comprises an air-water heat exchanger, the heat exchanger having an air side and a water side and being operative to transfer heat between air on the air side and water flowing in channels in the water side. The apparatus includes an air duct through which air heated by a stove can pass by convection to contact the air side of the heat exchanger and control means operable to control the amount of air flowing to the heat exchanger. The control means may include a fan that can be operated to direct the flow of air to the heat exchanger.11-10-2011

20090008997VOLTAGE REGULATION DEVICE - A voltage regulation device adapted for connection to a varying electrical supply and to regulate the voltage supplied to certain selected circuits whose loads benefit from voltage regulation. The device comprises a PWM or phase angle switched autotransformer which is sufficiently compact and lightweight to be incorporated into a standard electrical consumer unit which has separated circuits, ie, those whose loads benefit from voltage regulation and those whose loads do not, such that the former may be controlled by the device to operate at a constant and reduced voltage thus ensuring a reduction in energy consumption and the life enhancement of the appliances connected to the device. The operating temperature of the autotransformer is controlled by temporarily increasing the output voltage of the autotransformer in the event of overheating.01-08-2009
