20150088486 | WRITTEN LANGUAGE LEARNING USING AN ENHANCED INPUT METHOD EDITOR (IME) - A computer processor operating an input method editor (IME) receives an input of a phonetic word. The processor identifies one or more word characters corresponding to the phonetic word, wherein each of the one or more word characters represents one or more words of a first language. The processor translates each of the one or more word characters that correspond to the phonetic word into a second language, and the processor displays each of the one or more word characters of the first language and a translation into the second language of each of the one or more word characters of the first language. | 03-26-2015 |

20090292764 | SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR LINKING THE REAL WORLD WITH THE CYBERWORLD VIA A DISPLAYABLE OBJECT - A system for linking the real world with the cyberworld includes a displayable object, a website and a user profile database. The displayable object is configured to be displayed by a user and is positioned so that it is viewed by other users. The displayable object comprises a user name identifier for the user and a website identifier. The website is stored in a server and includes a user name inquiry field. The website is connected to a client machine via a network and is accessed by the second user through the client machine's web browser by entering the website identifier. The user profile database includes the user's profile information which is accessed by the second user via the website by entering the user name identifier in the user name inquiry field. | 11-26-2009 |

20100207702 | OMT Type Broadband Multiband Transmission-Reception Coupler-Separator for RF Frequency Telecommunications Antennas - The present invention relates to a multiband transmit-receive coupler-separator with a very wide band of the OMT (“OrthoMode Transducer”) type for microwave-frequency telecommunications antennae. This coupler comprises a port for propagating all of the frequencies, a body and a port for propagating high-frequency bands, these three portions being coaxial, and wide-band coupling slots for propagating the low-frequency bands made in the body and each associated with a waveguide, and it is characterized in that its body joining the two ports has a shape of revolution the profile of which changes according to a multipolynomial law, constantly decreasing from the port with the largest cross section to the port with the smallest cross section. This coupler can operate in order to couple and separate very wide bandwidths (the overall use of this coupler-separator being more than one octave), and two or four wide-band coupling slots are necessary for the propagation of linear and circular polarizations after recombination. | 08-19-2010 |

20140215557 | TETHERING ENFORCEMENT DEVICE CONTROLLER AND METHODS THEREOF - Embodiments of the present invention are directed to a tethering enforcement device controller and methods thereof. The tethering enforcement device controller (TEDC) is installed on a primary device, or otherwise known as the tethered device. The TEDC is configured to detect, control and block unauthorized or inappropriate tethering with a secondary device, or otherwise known as the tethering device, via either a native or a third-party tethering application, by retrieving a configuration file from a server associated with a wireless carrier. The configuration file typically includes customer profile and currently blacklisted package names of third-party tethering applications. The customer profile typically includes subscription information, including use of tethering services. If the customer is trying to tether and tethering is not allowed, then the TEDC will prevent the secondary device from tethering with the primary device. In some embodiments, the TEDC is an untethering application installed on the primary device. | 07-31-2014 |
