20150349450 | SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR IDENTIFYING CONNECTIONS IN AN INDUSTRIAL ENCLOSURE - The subject matter disclosed herein describes a system for connecting devices mounted to and within an industrial enclosure. The conductors for a device having multiple electrical conductors are bundled together. A first color coded element, such as a sleeve, is slid over the bundle providing a first identifier. The ends of the conductors are terminated at a single plug for insertion into a receptacle. A second color coded element, such as a label, which corresponds to the first color coded element, identifies into which receptacle each plug is to be inserted. In addition, each pole of the plug and/or receptacle includes a key or a corresponding space to receive a key. Various combinations of keys and spaces are defined such that each plug may be inserted into a single receptacle. | 12-03-2015 |

20140069863 | METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR NITROGEN REMOVAL IN WASTEWATER TREATMENT - A reactor and control method thereof for nitrogen removal in wastewater treatment achieves a measured control of maintaining high ammonia oxidizing bacteria (AOB) oxidation rates while achieving nitrite oxidizing bacteria (NOB) repression, using various control strategies, including: 1) ammonia and the use of ammonia setpoints, 2) operational DO and the proper use of DO setpoints, 3) bioaugmentation of a lighter flocculant AOB fraction, and 4) proper implementation of transient anoxia within a wide range of reactor configurations and operating conditions. | 03-13-2014 |
20140069864 | METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR NITROGEN REMOVAL IN WASTEWATER TREATMENT - One or more reactor and one or more control methods are used for nitrogen removal in wastewater treatment to achieve measured control of maintaining high ammonia oxidizing bacteria (AOB) oxidation rates while achieving nitrite oxidizing bacteria (NOB) out-selection, using various control strategies, including: 1) ammonia and the use of ammonia setpoints; 2) operational DO and the use of DO setpoints; 3) bioaugmentation of anammox and lighter flocculant AOB fraction; and 4) implementation of transient anoxia in several reactor configurations and conditions for removal of oxidized nitrogen using anammox or heterotrophic organisms. Controls described maximize nitrogen removal with minimal aeration, through control of transient anoxia and aerobic SRT, out-selection of NOB, and control of DO concentrations or aeration interval by keeping the reactor ammonia (NH | 03-13-2014 |

20100029098 | Electrical Connector - An electrical connector has a plurality of terminals arranged side-by-side in a horizontal direction. Each of the terminals has a first connection portion adapted to be connected with one of two members electrically connectable to each other via the electrical connector, and a second connection portion adapted to be connected with the other member. In the electrical connector, two or more first terminals consisting of a part of the terminals are arranged such that an inter-terminal pitch in the first connection portions thereof is equal to that in the second connection portions thereof, and two or more second terminals consisting of the remaining terminals other than the first terminals are arranged such that an inter-terminal pitch in the first connection portions thereof is less than that in the second connection portions thereof. | 02-04-2010 |

20130296662 | METHODS FOR ASSESSING SWALLOWING MOTOR FUNCTION - The present invention relates to methods for assessing swallowing motor function in a subject. The methods rely on obtaining intraluminal impedance and pressure measurements from the pharynx and/or esophagus of the subject during clearance of a bolus from the mouth and/or throat of the subject. The intraluminal impedance and pressure measurements are combined to derive a value for one or more pressure-flow variables in the pharynx and/or esophagus of the subject. The value of the one or more pressure-flow variables is compared to a predetermined pharyngeal and/or esophageal reference value for the one or more pressure-flow variables in order to provide an assessment of swallowing motor function in the subject. The intraluminal impedance and pressure measurements can also be combined to generate a swallow risk index for the subject or to generate an obstructive risk index for the subject based on a combination of a value of more than one pressure-flow variable in the pharynx and/or esophagus of the subject. In this way, swallowing motor function in the subject can be assessed by comparing the swallow risk index or obstructive risk index for the subject to a predetermined reference swallow index or predetermined reference obstructive index, respectively. Products which make use of these methods are also encompassed by the present invention. | 11-07-2013 |
20150073229 | SWALLOWING MOTOR FUNCTION MEASUREMENT AND ASSESSMENT TOOLS, METHODS, AND APPARATUS - Tools, methods and apparatus are provided that may be used to identify ineffective swallowing in the subject, including ineffective swallowing due to an obstruction, and may further be used to determine risk of aspiration in the subject. In one aspect, a method includes accessing intraluminal impedance measurements and pressure measurements obtained from the pharynx and/or esophagus of a subject during clearance of a bolus from the mouth and/or throat of the subject. The method further includes combining and analyzing the intraluminal impedance and pressure measurements to derive a value for one or more pressure-flow variables in the pharynx and/or esophagus on the subject. The swallowing motor function in the subject is assessed by comparing the value of the pressure-flow variables with a predetermined pharyngeal and/or esophageal reference value for the one or more pressure-flow variables. | 03-12-2015 |
