20090250489Wine Container and Dispenser - An improved wine container and dispenser system is provided having a container that forms an overall, generally cylindrical housing exemplarily formed of a left barrel half or first cylindrical casing opposite a right barrel half or second cylindrical casing, and a front lid opposite a rear lid. A tray is positioned inside the container so that it slants toward the opening which accommodates the pour spout. The sloping profile of the tray facilitates in using the entire contents without having to tilt the wine container and dispenser system. An outer sheath circumscribes the assembled barrel body, and a spout, in fluid communication with an internally stored, compressible fluid bladder. This outer sheath is placed around the assembled container to provide two functions: to provide an indicia supporting surface to allow for placement of branding material, printed logo or advertisement, and can work in conjunction with the overall container to provide a unique brand differentiation; and, to provide an inwardly tensioned securing force to the assembled barrel halves to provide an overall rigidity to the assembly for handling, shipping, and packing. The spout is protected by a spout cover that is removably affixed to the front lid.10-08-2009

20080209648Vibrating hair brush having isolator support system for controlled vibratory movement - A vibrating hair brush provides enhanced detangling of user's hair. The brush has a bristle pad comprising a plurality of bristles disposed in a brush head. The bristle pad is supported within the brush head by a vibrating motor and isolator assembly disposed for directing a vibratory movement of the motor to a bristle pad movement in a plane generally parallel to a user's scalp. The motor and isolator assembly effectively translate a circular vibratory movement of the offset weight into an elliptical movement of the bristle pad while insulating the vibration caused by the movement of the weight from a handle of the brush.09-04-2008
20080210252Vibrating hair brush with curvilinear planar movement for enhanced detangling of hair - A vibrating hair brush provides enhanced detangling of hair including a head portion having a motor assembly for operating a vibrating actuator and a plurality of bristles depending from a bristle pad. The actuator is disposed for generating a vibrating movement of the bristles in a curvilinear direction within a plane generally parallel to the bristle pad and tangential to the user's scalp. The vibrating actuator comprises an offset weight rotating in a plane generally parallel to the bristle pad.09-04-2008
