20140062787 | ANTENNA STRUCTURES AND METHODS FOR OMNI DIRECTIONAL RADIATION PATTERNS - A device is provided for use with a radio frequency identification (RFID) chip that receives and modulates a radio frequency (RF) signal. A substrate of the device includes a first short dipole antenna structure that backscatters a received RF signal to produce a first radiation pattern having nulls. A set of connection pads couple the RF signal from the antenna to a frontend transmitter circuit of the RFID chip. A second antenna structure backscatters the received RF signal by electromagnetic coupling to the first antenna structure and produces a second radiation pattern that complements the nulls in the first radiation pattern. | 03-06-2014 |

20110083181 | COMPREHENSIVE PASSWORD MANAGEMENT ARRANGMENT FACILITATING SECURITY - Computer-implemented process and apparatus for screening data for malware. Received data stored in at least one data store includes at least: (i) a first protected item of data containing contents that are generally inaccessible without specific access credential information, and (ii) specific access credential information corresponding to the first protected item of data. The received data is analyzed to detect any protected items of data therein based on predetermined protected data item identification criteria and to detect any access credential information contained therein based on predetermined access credential identification criteria. In response to a detection of the specific access credential information in the at least one data store, the specific access credential information is stored in the at least one data store in a grouping arrangement with other access credential information. In response to a detection of the first protected item of data, use the specific access credential information is stored in the grouping arrangement to facilitate access to the first protected item of data by a malware screening process to extract its content. The malware screening process is executed to scan the content extracted from the first protected data item to detect a presence of malware. | 04-07-2011 |

20120174226 | System and Methods for Launching Antivirus Application Tasks during Computer Downtime - Disclosed are systems, methods and computer program products that enable deployment of an antivirus application on a computer system in a manner that reduce interference of the antivirus application with activities of system users. In particular, the computers system is provided with a plurality of detection devices that may be used to detect when the computers system is being used by the user or when it is in downtime mode. The detection devices may include data input device, such as a mouse or keyboard, temperature sensors, pressure sensors, digital camera, sound wave source and sound wave receiver or other detection devices. The computer system also includes a software agent associated with an antivirus application. The software agent collects and analyses data from the detection devices, determines when the computer system is in a downtime mode, and then launches various antivirus application tasks. | 07-05-2012 |
20130133069 | SILENT-MODE SIGNATURE TESTING IN ANTI-MALWARE PROCESSING - Method and computer program product for signature testing used in anti-malware processing. Silent signatures, after being tested, are not updated into a white list and are sent directly to users instead. If the silent signature coincides with malware signature, a user is not informed. A checksum (e.g., hash value) of a suspected file is sent to a server, where statistics are kept and analyzed. Based on collected false positive statistics of the silent-signature, the silent-signature is either valid or invalid. Use of the silent signatures provides for effective signature testing and reduces response time to new malware-related threats. The silent signature method is used for turning off a signature upon first false positive occurrence. Use of silent signatures allows improving heuristic algorithms for detection of unknown malware. | 05-23-2013 |

20110107067 | SINGLE-CHIP MULTIPROCESSOR WITH CLOCK CYCLE-PRECISE PROGRAM SCHEDULING OF PARALLEL EXECUTION - A single-chip multiprocessor system and operation method of this system based on a static macro-scheduling of parallel streams for multiprocessor parallel execution. The single-chip multiprocessor system has buses for direct exchange between the processor register files and access to their store addresses and data. Each explicit parallelism architecture processor of this system has an interprocessor interface providing the synchronization signals exchange, data exchange at the register file level and access to store addresses and data of other processors. The single-chip multiprocessor system uses ILP to increase the performance. Synchronization of the streams parallel execution is ensured using special operations setting a sequence of streams and stream fragments execution prescribed by the program algorithm. | 05-05-2011 |

20140044763 | COLLOIDAL SOLUTION OF SILVER NANOPARTICLES AND METHOD OF IT PREPARATION - The invention relates to colloidal solutions of silver nanoparticles and to method of it preparation and can be used in different areas, particularly in medicine, veterinary science, food industry, cosmetology, household chemistry and agrochemistry. Method includes the electrochemical dissolution of silver in the deionized water. The silver in fine powder form with chemical purity of 99.999% and with nanoparticle sizes up to 100 nm is subjected to electrochemical dissolution in electrolyser, within which are located the electrodes in form of containers made from chemically neutral material, in which fine powder of silver from 100 to 150 g are placed, and by means of conductor covered by chemically neutral coat the direct voltage ranges from 30 to 45 volts is energized. Electrolysis is proceeded under conditions of cycling voltage polarity every 2 hours and mechanical stirring of solution 2 times in twenty-four hours until the concentration of silver in colloidal solution from 5.0 to 100 mg/l. Wherein the portion of silver metal nanoparticles is from 5 to 90% of total concentration of silver in solution, the portion of nanoparticles ranging from 2 to 15 nm is from 65 to 85% of total volume of silver metal nanoparticles in solution, the portion of nanoparticles ranging from 15 to 35 nm is correspondingly from 15 to 35%, the residual portion of total silver concentration in solution is silver ions. The technical result of invention is preparation of the stable colloidal solution of silver nanoparticles. | 02-13-2014 |
