| 20100207808 | Method for processing TOPS (Terrain Observation by Progressive Scan)-SAR (Synthetic Aperture Radar)-Raw Data - Sub-aperture processing is carried out. Within each sub-aperture, range compression and a correction for the target range variation are carried out. Baseband azimuth scaling is used for processing the azimuth signal, wherein a long azimuth reference function and thus a wide azimuth dimension are prevented. The scaling range is not constant and depends on the range, which is not equal to the original range vector. It is calculated such that, in combination with a subsequent derotation step, constant azimuth scanning is achieved for all ranges. The selected derotation function, which is applied in the azimuth time domain, makes it possible for all the targets to be in base band, in this way varying the effective chirp rate. Since the phase is purely quadratic because of the azimuth scaling step, it is thus possible to use an optimal filter which takes account of the effective chirp rate. IFFT results in a focused image, and a final phase function in the time domain allows phase maintenance. Application for SAR, SONAR and seismic raw data processing in the TOPS mode, as well as other modes which make use of the antenna polar diagram being scanned in the azimuth and/or elevation direction. | 08-19-2010 |

| 20110075596 | Resource Overbooking - In a multi-radio device it is determined that a first radio application requests change to a first operational state during a time at which a second radio application is in or requests a second operational state. A local memory is accessed to determine a first and a second budget of resources for the respective first and second operational states of the respective first and second radio applications. There is at least one common resource among the first and second budgets. From resource allocation rules stored in the memory is determined that each of the common resources are mutually exclusive as between the first and second operational states of the respective first and second radio applications. As a result of the determining from the resource allocation rules, the request of the first radio application is granted by allocating resources according to the first budget for the first operational state while resources according to the second budget are allocated for the second operational state. | 03-31-2011 |

| 20080268419 | Supplementation for Embryo and/or Cell Manipulation Media - The question is to increase the quality and safety of the media used in embryo and cell manipulations by means of supplementation, in the manipulation medium, by one or several of the following compounds: synthetic hyaluronan ( sHA), phospholipids or unsaturated fatty acids obtained from soybean seeds (PLFA), replacing others which are habitually added to embryo manipulation media and which produce potential damage and/or contamination by viruses, prions, endotoxins, etc., this being important with regard to the quality of the embryos or cells which it is desired to generate, both for the production of transgenic animals, for animal production, and for cell therapy or assisted reproduction; achieving a reduction in adhesiveness and an increase in viscosity, without losing the fluidity of the medium; this is essential in micro-manipulations such as ICSI, nuclear transfer, embryo biopsies, the micro-injection of cells into embryos in pre-implantational stages, or cell fusion. | 10-30-2008 |

| 20110024382 | HOLLOW PRODUCT WITH LOCALIZED RELIEF FOR VACUUM SEALING - A hollow vacuum packaging product in which a ring includes threads distributed around its periphery, and between which a sealing cap enters into engagement when the hollow product is opened/closed. In an evacuated closed condition of the hollow product, the sealing cap is configured to enter into engagement only in an interval between two consecutive threads, or in plural such consecutive intervals, but not in all of the intervals. Such a hollow product may be, as an example, a thermoplastic bottle or jar. | 02-03-2011 |
