The vehicle seat includes: a planar elastic body that has a frame body provided in a periphery of the planar elastic body, the planar elastic body stretched to the frame body; a cushion member disposed around the planar elastic body; and a backbone member, wherein a supporting surface configured to support a seated person is formed by the planar elastic body and the cushion member, the planar elastic body is assembled to the seat by fixing the frame body to the backbone member, and the cushion member is disposed to be overlaid on the periphery of the planar elastic body at a supporting surface side, the cushion member is covered by a skin material that is attached on the planar elastic body at the supporting surface side. | 08-12-2010 |
ASSEMBLING STRUCTURE OF PLANAR ELASTIC BODY OF VEHICLE SEAT - An assembling structure for a vehicle seat includes: an assembly frame having a frame shape and configured to be detachably attached to a seat main body of the vehicle seat, the seat main body having a backbone frame having a frame shape; a planar elastic body configured to elastically support a body of an occupant and is stretched on the assembly frame; an elastic latching unit configured to be detachably attached to a part of the backbone frame, the elastic latching unit formed on a part of a periphery of the assembly frame, wherein the assembly frame further includes a hook portion, the backbone frame further includes a portion to be hooked, and the planar elastic body is prevented from moving in an out-of-plane direction of the planar elastic body when the hook portion of the assembly frame is hooked on the portion to be hooked of the backbone frame. | 10-14-2010
VEHICLE SEAT - A support member has a sheet-shaped body that expands and contracts and that supports a cushion, and a frame-shaped body that fixes the sheet-shaped body in a tensioned state. The sheet-shaped body is attached to a frame member by the frame-shaped body being engaged with the frame member. The frame-shaped body is rigid and maintains a shape that follows an outer shape of the frame member when an occupant is seated, and has a first portion where an end portion of the sheet-shaped body is fixed, and a second portion where the end portion of the sheet-shaped body is not fixed. The second portion is formed at a position that corresponds to a position where a load of the occupant concentrates when the occupant is seated. | 12-08-2011

CHITOSAN SOLUTION AND MEDICAL PREPARATION WITH CHITOSAN COATING FORMED FROM THE SOLUTION - A chitosan coating solution safe for oral administration, a water resistant chitosan coating film with reduced content of residual organic acid, and a coated medical preparation having the coating film are described. The preparation method includes incorporating a glycerin fatty acid ester into an aqueous chitosan solution prepared through dissolution with a volatile organic acid. The chitosan coating film is obtained by drying and solidifying the solution through film coating. The organic acid used in the dissolution remains in the coating film only minutely and the film is water resistant. When the chitosan coating solution (containing a glycerin fatty acid ester, and prepared through dissolution with a volatile organic acid) is coated, a film is formed therewith, and the organic acid volatilizes simultaneously, producing a chitosan water resistant coating film. Forming a known enteric coating film in combination with the outer coating film allows application to large-intestine drug delivery. | 02-25-2010

METHOD OF VACUUM-ASSISTED RTM - A method of vacuum-assisted RTM includes disposing a resin distribution medium on one surface of a reinforcing-fiber substrate, covering the whole with a bag material, reducing the pressure inside the bag material, and injecting a resin into the resin distribution medium to distribute the resin substantially in in-plane directions and then impregnate the resin into the reinforcing-fiber substrate in the thickness direction. The method is characterized in that the flow resistance of the resin distribution medium itself during resin distribution is changed in in-plane directions of the reinforcing-fiber substrate, in accordance with a difference in fiber weight per unit area or density between parts to be impregnated with resin of the reinforcing-fiber substrate present in a plane direction of the reinforcing-fiber substrate, or in accordance with a difference in distance from a resin impregnation initiation part to a resin impregnation completion part between parts to be impregnated with resin of the reinforcing-fiber substrate present in a plane direction of the reinforcing-fiber substrate. | 05-06-2010
