Supplementation with ganglioside (GD3) can decrease growth of PC-3 cells by 30% compared to controls (p<0.01). Ganglioside can have therapeutic benefit in prostate cancer as demonstrated by decreased growth of malignant PC-3 cells.04-05-2012
