20090050560 | NOVEL ANAEROBIC REACTOR FOR THE REMOVAL OF LONG CHAIN FATTY ACIDS FROM FAT CONTAINING WASTEWATER - The invention presented is an apparatus specifically designed for the high rate anaerobic treatment of (waste)waters with relatively high concentrations of lipidic compounds, referred to as the Inverted Anaerobic Sludge Blanket (IASB) reactor. Contrary to conventional anaerobic reactors, it avoids the need of sludge with good settling properties and exploits the problem of sludge flotation due to long chain fatty acid (LCFA) or biogas adsorption onto the sludge and/or biogas encapsulation by the sludge. Furthermore, it provides an increased specific sludge surface area for better LCFA degradation. It is fed from the top and is equipped with a separation step at the bottom. Reactor contents are thoroughly mixed by the novel combined action of a gas lift loop and a liquid recycle over the reactor. The reactor can be operated in continuous and sequential mode. Although it is specifically designed for lipid degradation, its application is not limited to this. | 02-26-2009 |

20140334619 | ACTIVITIES ASSIGNMENT OPTIMIZATION FOR MULTI-SKILL CONTACT CENTER - A system and method for setting agent cross skill enablement levels in a contact center. In one embodiment, a series of simulations is performed to determine optimum cross skill enablement levels for various circumstances, e.g., the number of agents, the proficiency of each agent at each of a number of skills, and the rates of incoming interaction requests requiring each of various skills. A lookup table is created which is subsequently used, during configuration of the contact center prior to operation, or in real time during operation, to adjust agent cross skill enablement levels. | 11-13-2014 |

20150189088 | SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE MANAGEMENT - A system and method for managing a customer's experience with a contact center that takes available data about the customer, the agents of the contact center, and the organization represented by the contact center, for identifying opportunities for additional conversations/interactions with the customer and engaging in those additional conversations/interactions at a time and with a resource predicted to maximize outcomes for the organization. A processor is configured to identify express and/or implied intents for an interaction between the customer and the contact center. A business goal related to the express and/or implied intents is also identified for determining a current performance of the contact center and for identifying any performance gaps. Contact center targets are identified based on their performance in handling the express and/or implied intents, and the identified performance gaps. An available one of the identified targets is then selected for routing the interaction to the target. | 07-02-2015 |

20110020406 | VIRAL INACTIVATION PROCESS - The invention relates generally to the field of virology. More particularly, the present invention relates to methods for determining the effect of a viral inactivation procedure on the antigenicity of the inactivated virus. In particular for a virus that is a member of the family Arteriviridae or Coronaviridae or Asfarviridae, in particular for Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome Virus (PRRSV). The invention further provides methods to determine the antigenicity of an inactivated virus as well as methods to screen for anti-viral compounds using any one of the aforementioned methods Methods of using the inactivated and immunogenic virus thus obtained, in particular in the manufacture of a vaccine are also provided by the present invention. | 01-27-2011 |
