20090029592CONNECTOR - The present invention provides a connector which can take an EMI measure for the first and second housings and can move the second housing with respect to the first housing. The connector comprises a plug which is provided so as to be movable with respect to the socket; a plurality of socket terminals which are resiliently deformed with a movement of the plug; a first socket side shield member which covers an outer circumference surface in the width direction of the socket; a plurality of plug terminals which are in contact with each of the socket terminals when the plug is mated with the socket; a plug side shield member which covers an outer circumference surface in the width direction of the plug; and first and second shield conductive portions which are in contact with each of the shield members and are resiliently deformed as the plug is moved.01-29-2009
20100029134CONNECTOR - A connector capable of easily forming shield members which can be attached to a housing comprises a socket capable of fitting into the plug plural socket terminals capable of electrically connecting the plug when the plug fits into the socket, a pair of tabular first socket side shield members covering the front face portion and the back face portion of the socket respectively, and a pair of the first attachment grooves respectively at both ends in the width direction of the front and the back face portions. The first attachment grooves can be inserted into and hold both ends in the width direction of the first socket side shield members. Therefore, it becomes possible to attach the first socket side shield members without having a lock piece, etc., at the first socket side shield members. The first socket side shield members can be formed easily.02-04-2010
20100035469CONNECTOR - A low-cost connector comprises a pair of first socket side shields covering two outer surfaces of a socket along a direction a terminal extends. The first socket side shield members are detachable from the socket. A pair of second socket side shield members cover two other outer surfaces of the socket in the back-and-forth direction. Thus, the outer surfaces of the socket can be covered by the second socket side shield members and the first socket side shield members according to dimensions of the terminal in the direction the terminal extends. Accordingly, if the dimensions of socket in the direction the terminal extends differ according to a number of terminals, it is easier and cheaper to manufacture shield members than to cover the socket outer surfaces by one shield member.02-11-2010

20090085638Semiconductor Device - It is an object of the present invention to prevent an error or malfunction such as nonresponse which is caused due to difference in pulse width in a semiconductor device capable of communicating data wirelessly. In a semiconductor device, a level shift circuit is provided between a data demodulation circuit and each circuit block where demodulated signals are outputted from the data demodulation circuit. In such a manner, voltage amplitude of the demodulated signal is made almost equal to that of the outputted signals from each circuit block. Accordingly, a pulse width of the demodulated signal is made almost equal to that of signals in each circuit block, or a pulse width of the demodulated signal is made almost equal to that of the outputted signals from each circuit block. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent an error or malfunction such as nonresponse which is caused due to difference in pulse width.04-02-2009

20080242026Method of manufacturing a semiconductor memory device having a floating gate - A method of manufacturing a semiconductor memory device which includes forming a conductive layer for a floating gate above a semiconductor layer intervening a gate insulating film therebetween, then, forming, over the conductive layer, a first spacer comprising a first silicon oxide material and a second spacer adjacent with the first spacer and comprising a second silicon oxide material, the second silicon oxide material having an etching rate lower than that of the first silicon oxide material, selectively removing the conductive layer by using the first and the second spacers as a mask, and removing the first spacer to expose a portion of the conductive layer. Since the etching rate for the second spacer is lower compared with the etching rate for the first spacer, the etching amount of the second spacer caused upon removal of the first spacer can be suppressed and, as a result, the productivity and the reliability of the semiconductor memory device can be improved.10-02-2008
20110074499SEMICONDUCTOR DEVICE AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING THE SAME - A semiconductor device according to an exemplary aspect of the invention is capable of being selectively switched between an oscillation circuit and a signal input-output circuit, and includes first and second external connecting terminals that are connectable to an oscillation device; an inverting amplifier an input side of which is electrically connected to the first external connecting terminal through a coupling capacitor and an output side of which is electrically connected to the second external connecting terminal; a feedback resistor connected to the input side and the output side of the inverting amplifier; a bias stabilization circuit that stabilizes a bias applied to the coupling capacitor; a first signal input-output portion connected to the first external connecting terminal; and a second signal input-output portion connected to the second external connecting terminal.03-31-2011

20110122461IMAGE-FORMING APPARATUS - An image-forming apparatus includes: a memory that stores a plurality of image forming modes; a contact controller that controls a status of contact between a plurality of image-forming units and an intermediate transfer member on the basis of an image forming mode selected from among the plurality of image forming modes, so that an image-forming unit used for image forming represented in the selected image forming mode is contacted with the intermediate transfer member, and another image-forming unit is moved away from the intermediate transfer member; and an image-quality adjusting unit that adjusts, if the status of contact is changed by the contact controller, an image quality of an image that is to be transferred onto the intermediate transfer member from the image-forming unit that is in contact with the intermediate transfer member.05-26-2011
20110123235IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS AND IMAGE FORMING METHOD - An image forming apparatus includes toner-image forming units, an intermediate transfer body, a controller, a detector, an instruction acceptance unit, and a memory. The toner-image forming units form toner images. The toner images are transferred onto the intermediate transfer body. The controller performs control of causing, among the toner-image forming units, one or multiple toner-image forming units to be used to form the toner images to contact the intermediate transfer body, and of separating the other toner-image forming units from the intermediate transfer body. The detector detects a test pattern formed by the toner forming units. The instruction acceptance unit accepts an instruction for performing a detection process with the detector. The memory stores, among forming modes indicating combinations of toner-image forming units to be used, a first forming mode for forming an image and a second forming mode for forming the test pattern.05-26-2011
