20100083141 | ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS DIALOG USING SEQUENCED DIGITAL IMAGES STORED IN AN IMAGE DICTIONARY - A system and method for an electronic communications dialog between a plurality of users using digital images via a web portal. The user selects a template for entering a plurality of words and associated images that constitute an initial electronic message. The user then enters a plurality of words into the template corresponding to the initial electronic message. A plurality of images are selected having a direct correspondence with the plurality of words entered into the template. Each image is inserted into the template in a sequence corresponding to the initial electronic message. When the initial template is complete, the initial electronic message containing the sequenced images is sent to at least one other user via the web portal. A visual dictionary can be created for each user using a facility which takes images from any electronic source and allows users to apply naming tags to store the images for subsequent retrieval. A visual library can be created for each user to save completed and partially completed templates that can be retrieved for further editing or use. | 04-01-2010 |

20120137229 | CONTENT DISTRIBUTION SYSTEMS AND METHODS USING DIGITAL IMAGES - A content distribution system includes a host server communicatively coupled to at least one data store, at least one user, and a network communicatively coupling the at least one user to the host server and the content. The host server includes instructions executable by a processor therein, and in response to such execution causes the host server to: provide sequence of digital images to the at least one user, wherein each of the digital images indicative of content in the at least one data store, and responsive to a selection of one of the digital images, distribute the content to the at least one user. | 05-31-2012 |
20120317514 | SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR DIGITAL IMAGES UTILIZING AN INFINITE CYLINDER USER INTERFACE - Systems and methods presenting digital images utilizing an infinite cylinder user interface that includes a plurality of modes of movement to variously display the digital images in an efficient and convenient manner. An image viewing system utilizing an infinite cylinder user interface includes a data store storing a plurality of images in a local visual dictionary, each of the plurality of images configured to convey a message to at least one additional user as a replacement for words; a network interface communicatively coupled to a network; a processor communicatively coupled to the data store and the network interface; and instructions executable by the processor, and in response to such execution causes the processor to: present a set of the plurality of images in an infinite cylinder user interface; and manipulate the infinite cylinder user interface in a plurality of movement modes based on user input. | 12-13-2012 |
20130132200 | SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR CONTENT AND ADVERTISING INSERTION IN VISUAL COMMUNICATIONS - A method of ad or content insertion and a visual communication system includes communicating, by a server, with a plurality of users; creating a visual talking message by a user of the plurality of users comprising a sender, the message being for one or more recipients comprising users of the plurality of users; adding advertisements or other content within or around the visual talking message, wherein the advertisements or other content comprises one or more of an image forming part of the visual talking message and content around the visual talking message; sending the visual talking message with the advertisements or other content to the one or more recipients comprising; and tracking the advertisements or other content through the server. The advertisements or other content can be selected based on a substantially real-time bidding process or as part of existing images supplied to senders via content creators. | 05-23-2013 |
20140059490 | SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR PERFORMANCE COMPARISONS UTILIZING AN INFINITE CYLINDER USER INTERFACE - A computer-implemented method includes providing one or more data streams; providing one or more target groups for comparison with the one or more data streams; providing a focus format for improving the one or more data streams relative to the one or more target groups; and providing an infinite cylinder user interface for display of data associated with the one or more data streams, the one or more target groups, and the focus format. | 02-27-2014 |
20150368963 | CUBICLE CURTAIN LOADING SYSTEM AND METHOD - A cubicle curtain loading system, including: a first member having proximal and distal ends and configured to selectively retain a cubicle curtain, wherein the distal end of the first member is configured to engage a track system configured to selectively hold the cubicle curtain; and a second member having proximal and distal ends and disposed at an angle to the first member, wherein the distal end of the second member is coupled to the proximal end of the first member. The first member includes a slot traversing its length along a bottom or side surface thereof. Retainer structures coupled to the cubicle curtain selectively engage the slot and are gathered along the length of the first member. Alternatively, no slot is used and retainer structures coupled to the cubicle curtain are selectively disposed about the first member and are gathered along its length. One or more of the first member and the second member removably engage one or more clips coupled to one or more of a wall and a ceiling of a structure. Alternatively, the second member slidably engages a guide member coupled to a wall of a structure. The first member, the second member, and/or the track system may be integrally formed. | 12-24-2015 |
20160002916 | WALL INSTALLATION SYSTEMS AND METHODS - An improved wall installation system and method include providing a first wall panel with tape extending vertically from top to bottom on one side of the first wall panel and on a back of the first wall panel; securing the first wall panel at a site; placing a second wall panel adjacent to the first wall panel; and connecting the tape to the second wall panel to form a fire barrier seal between the first wall panel and the second wall panel. | 01-07-2016 |
