20110006772Tri-Pod Buried Locator System - A portable self-standing electromagnetic (EM) field sensing locator system with attachments for finding and mapping buried objects such as utilities and with intuitive graphical user interface (GUI) displays. Accessories include a ground penetrating radar (GPR) system with a rotating Tx/Rx antenna assembly, a leak detection system, a multi-probe voltage mapping system, a man-portable laser-range finder system with embedded dipole beacon and other detachable accessory sensor systems are accepted for attachment to the locator system for simultaneous operation in cooperation with the basic locator system. The integration of the locator system with one or more additional devices, such as fault-finding, geophones and conductance sensors, facilitates the rapid detection and localization of many different types of buried objects.01-13-2011

20100228184Inflatable device for enteric fistula treatment - Disclosed herein is an implantable fistula closure device. The device may include an expandable longitudinally segmented body including a proximal end and a distal end. The segmented body may further include a plurality of porous bodies and a connecting member operably joining together the plurality of porous bodies. The plurality of porous bodies includes a first porous body with a proximal end and a distal end and a second porous body with a proximal end and a distal end, and the connecting member operably connects the proximal end of the first porous body with the distal end of the second porous body.09-09-2010
20110009334SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR INHIBITING CELLULAR PROLIFERATION WITH TACHYKININS - Systems and methods are described providing therapeutic preparations of tachykinins, and more specifically sialokinins, for treating various types of abnormal cellular proliferation conditions in regions of tissue associated with the body of a patient. The sialokinins may be isolated and purified from natural or bioengineered sources, or may be synthesized, and may be combined into, with, or on an implant for local elution or otherwise as a powder mixed in a carrier vehicle for injection delivery. Tumors, warts, and restenosis are abnormal cellular proliferation conditions treated by therapeutic doses of sialokinin. Size of the tissue structure to be treated is used to determine the therapeutic dose of sialokinin. The sialokinins are either locally or systemically delivered at therapeutic doses for the desired effect. Implants such as stents are coated with sialokinins for local elution at the site of injury or tissue otherwise vulnerable to harmful conditions treated by the sialokinin.01-13-2011

20100076463IMPLANTABLE FISTULA CLOSURE DEVICE - Disclosed herein is a device for the treatment of a fistula tract having a distal opening and a proximal opening. In one embodiment, the device includes a distal anchor and a proximal anchor. The distal anchor is configured to provide a generally fluid tight seal in the tract in the vicinity of the distal opening and generally prevent proximal displacement of the device within the tract. The proximal anchor is operably coupled to the distal anchor and configured to generally prevent distal displacement of the device within the tract while allowing fluid migration at least one of through and past the proximal anchor when the proximal anchor is deployed in the vicinity of the proximal opening.03-25-2010
20100082056IMPLANTABLE FISTULA CLOSURE DEVICE - Disclosed herein is an implantable device for the treatment of a fistula. In one embodiment, the device includes a distal end, a proximal end and a member near the distal end. The member can be caused to assume a radially expanded state when the device is located in a fistula and caused to transition from the radially expanded state to a radially retracted state, thereby allowing the withdrawal of the device from the fistula.04-01-2010
20100249827INFLATABLE DEVICE FOR ENTERIC FISTULA TREATMENT - Disclosed herein is an implantable fistula closure device. The device may include an expandable longitudinally segmented body including a proximal end and a distal end. The segmented body may further include a plurality of porous bodies and a connecting member operably joining together the plurality of porous bodies. The plurality of porous bodies includes a first porous body with a proximal end and a distal end and a second porous body with a proximal end and a distal end, and the connecting member operably connects the proximal end of the first porous body with the distal end of the second porous body.09-30-2010

20100317317EMERGENCY LOCATION INFORMATION GATEWAY FOR PUBLIC SAFETY ANSWERING POINTS (PSAPs) AND METHOD OF USE - The emergency location information gateway provides Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs) with the capability to receive NG911-compliant (i.e., Session Initiation Protocol (SIP-based) and/or SIP-Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP)) and other types emergency calls including embedded emergency location information and determine a physical location of a mobile or non-mobile target network device based on the embedded emergency location information. Conversely, a legacy network gateway (LGN) enables the conversion of traditional 911, and E911 calls into NG911 calls for transport and dissemination by so-called Emergency Services IP networks, or ESInets.12-16-2010

20100154561Integrated Multi-Beam Acoustic Doppler Discharge Measurement System - A system and method for measuring the flow of water in cross-section of a body of water is presented. The system and method comprises a housing having a first transducer and a plurality of second transducers, wherein the first transducer produces an acoustic signal for determining the depth of the body of water, and the second transducers each produce an acoustic signal for determining the velocity of a volume of water by measuring the Doppler frequency shift in the returned echo.06-24-2010
