20140110908 | TOOL CHUCKING DEVICE - A tool chucking device, especially an oscillation tool chucking device, includes at least one chucking unit which has at least one pin-type chucking element for clamping a treatment tool in an axial direction and at least one grip head arranged on the chucking element. The tool chucking device further includes at least one movement conversion unit which is designed to displace at least the grip head at least substantially along the axial direction into at least one direction different from the axial direction depending on the movement of the chucking element. | 04-24-2014 |
20140182873 | TOOL CHUCKING DEVICE - A tool chucking device, in particular an oscillation tool chucking device, includes a tool holder that has a first form locking element and a second form locking element. The form locking elements are provided at least for a form locking connection to a machining tool in a circumferential direction about a rotational machining axis. The form locking elements are mounted rotatably with respect to each other at least relative to a rotational axis that is oriented at least substantially parallel to the rotational machining axis and/or are mounted movably with respect to each other along at least one movement axis that is oriented at least substantially perpendicular relative to an axis that is parallel to the rotational machining axis. | 07-03-2014 |

20130029358 | IMMUNODOMINANT MHC DR52B RESTRICTED NY-ESO-1 EPITOPES, MHC CLASS II MONOMERS AND MULTIMERS, AND USES THEREOF - Immunostimulatory NY-ESO-1 epitopes recognized by MHC-DRB3*0202 (DR52b) or DRB1*0101 (DR1) restricted T cells are described. Methods for their use in diagnostic and therapeutic approaches are also provided. Further, methods for the generation and isolation of MHC class II molecules, either “empty” or peptide-loaded, are provided. Methods for the assembly of MHC class II multimers, for example, tetramers, are also provided. Methods for the detection of T cells binding to specific peptide-loaded MHC class II molecules are also described herein. | 01-31-2013 |
20130289253 | REVERSIBLE PROTEIN MULTIMERS, METHODS FOR THEIR PRODUCTION AND USE - Some aspects of this invention are based on the recognition that reversible protein multimers in which monomeric proteins are conjugated to a carrier molecule via chelation complex bonds are stable under physiological conditions and can be dissociated in a controlled manner under physiological, nontoxic conditions. Accordingly, such protein multimers are useful for a variety of in vitro, ex vivo, and in vivo application for research, diagnostics, and therapy. Some aspect of this invention provide reversible MHC protein multimers, and methods of using such multimers in the detection and/or isolation of specific T-cells or T-cell populations. Because reversible MHC multimers can efficiently be dissociated, the time of MHC binding to T-cell receptors, and, thus, T-cell receptor-mediated T-cell activation can be minimized. The use of reversible MHC multimers as provided herein, accordingly, allows for the detection and isolation of bona fide antigen-specific CD8+ T cells without inducing activation dependent cell death, including rare, therapeutically valuable T-cells expressing T-cell receptors binding tumor antigens with high affinity. Methods for the production and use of reversible multimers are also provided. | 10-31-2013 |

20130223112 | CONVERTER CIRCUIT - An exemplary converter circuit has a converter unit with plural actuatable power semiconductor switches, and the DC voltage side of which is connected to a capacitive energy storage circuit. The capacitive energy storage circuit has at least one capacitive energy store and at least one snubber network for limiting the rate of current or voltage rise on the actuatable power semiconductor switches of the converter unit. In order to reduce undesirable oscillations in an overcurrent in the capacitive energy storage circuit, the capacitive energy storage circuit has at least one passive nonactuatable damping unit having a unidirectional current-flow direction, where the passive nonactuatable damping unit has a diode and a damping resistor. | 08-29-2013 |

20130026003 | METHOD FOR OPERATING A COLLECTION MEANS FOR PRINTED PRODUCTS - A method for operating a collection system for printed products includes drawing off the printed products from discharge device(s) disposed at corresponding discharge point(s) in the collection system. The printed products are deposited on a collection section during a cycle period of the discharge device(s) so as to form a bundle of printed products. The bundle is transferred to a subsequent conveying mechanism having receiving pockets. It is determined whether at least one missing printed product exists due to an incorrect drawing off from the discharge point(s). A repair process is initiated and controlled in which the at least one missing printed product is drawn off from the corresponding discharge point(s) at a time corresponding to a subsequent recurrent pocket-related cycle of the subsequent conveying mechanism in a subsequent cycle period of the discharge device(s). The at least one missing printed product is inserted in the relevant receiving pocket. | 01-31-2013 |
