The harness elements comprise a first harness element and a configurable second harness element. The first harness element attaches to and suspends an extended section of a container containing the goods and materials and facilitates hoisting of the container using the leverage created by the central support member. The configurable second harness element secures and stabilizes the container. The conveyance apparatus is then selectively propelled by the driving element for conveying goods and materials easily and safely with minimal effort.04-01-2010
