20110208783Integration of User Identifiers - User identifiers associated with a plurality of enterprises may be integrated. A request is received to link a plurality of user identifiers associated with a plurality of enterprises. A first user identifier associated with a first enterprise is received, and a second user identifier associated with a second enterprise is received. The first user identifier and a first enterprise identifier are stored in a first data structure of a memory. The second user identifier and a second enterprise identifier are stored in a second data structure of the memory. A first account identifier associated with the first user identifier is determined by a processor. A second account identifier associated with the second user identifier is determined by the processor. The first user identifier, the second user identifier, the first account identifier, and the second account identifier are stored in a virtual profile to link the first and second user identifiers and facilitate retrieval of information associated with the first and the second user identifiers from a selected one of the first enterprise and the second enterprise.08-25-2011

20100255499COMPOSITIONS AND METHODS FOR TRANSPORT OF MOLECULES WITH ENHANCED RELEASE PROPERTIES ACROSS BIOLOGICAL BARRIERS - Conjugates of a cargo molecule with a transporter molecule are disclosed, where the cargo molecule and the transporter molecule are linked covalently by a releasable linker. The cargo of the conjugate can be a biologically active agent or a reporter molecule. The transporter modulates the transport of the cargo across a biological barrier (e.g., a cell membrane) compared to the transport of the unconjugated cargo. Releasable linkers suitable for rapid and facile conjugation to various types of cargo and transporters are also disclosed, along with methods for using the linkers in the synthesis of conjugates.10-07-2010

20120072876METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR REDUCING X-PESSIMISM IN GATE-LEVEL SIMULATION AND VERIFICATION - Methods and apparatuses are described for reducing or eliminating X-pessimism in gate-level simulation and/or formal verification. A system can identify a set of reconvergent inputs of a combinational block in a gate-level design. Next, the system can determine whether or not the combinational block is expected to exhibit X-pessimism during gate-level simulation. If the combinational block is expected to exhibit X-pessimism during gate-level simulation, the system can modify the gate-level design to reduce X-pessimism during gate-level simulation. In some embodiments, the system can build a model for the gate-level design by using unique free input variables to represent sources of indeterminate values. The system can then use the model to perform formal verification.03-22-2012
