20100133197 | APPARATUS FOR SEPARATING WASTE FROM CELLULOSE FIBRES IN PAPER RECYCLING PROCESSES - A contaminate separation apparatus for use in separating contaminant materials from cellulose and/or paper fibres in a paper recycling process includes a reservoir for receiving a waste paper slurry therein. The reservoir is provided with an inlet opening for the input of the slurry, one or more fibre discharge outlets or passages, and at least one waste outlet positioned vertically above the fibre discharge outlet opening. An agitator provided in a lower portion of the reservoir generates differential flow currents within the reservoir, to selectively divert plastics, waxes, adhesives and/or other sticky waste materials outwardly towards the waste outlet, while providing a flow of suspended paper and/or cellulose fibres to one or more of the fibre discharge outlets. | 06-03-2010 |
20100133198 | METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR SEPARATING WASTE PRODUCTS FROM CELLULOSE FIBRES IN A PAPER RECYCLING PROCESS - A contaminate separation apparatus for use in separating contaminant materials from cellulose and/or paper fibres in a paper recycling process includes a reservoir for receiving a waste paper slurry therein.
20110162813 | HORIZONTAL RE-PULPING APPARATUS FOR CELLULOSE FIBRES - A pulping apparatus includes a hollow mixing cylinder selected to retain a volume of pulping fluid and cellulose fibres therein. The mixing cylinder is journaled for rotation about a central axis oriented at approximately +20° from horizontal. In a preferred construction, the mixing cylinder is divided internally into at least two discrete mixing chambers configured to facilitate outward flow of defibred pulp from an infeed end of the cylinder to and outwardly from the outlet end. The mixing chamber adjacent the inlet end is delineated by an end cover which closes the inlet end, and by a first divider positioned across the cylinder interior. The next adjacent mixing chamber is delineated longitudinally by the distal-most divider of the end mixing chamber, and by a second further downstream divider spaced longitudinally therefrom. The dividers include at least one through-opening therethrough. The through-openings regulate the flow of pulp and fluid along the mixing cylinder, while maintaining minimum cellulose/fluid levels in each mixing chamber. The through-openings may be positioned in alignment with, or in an asymmetrical arrangement relative to the cylinder axis so as to move eccentrically relative thereto as the mixing cylinder rotates. | 07-07-2011 |

20100147252 | Piston, Cylinder and Piston Assembly and Piston Ring for a Piston - A piston includes a piston head, two skirt walls disposed opposite one another and at least one pin bearing disposed between the skirt walls and supported on the piston head. Each skirt wall extends over a partial region of the periphery of the piston or piston head. The two skirt walls are connected by at least one self-supporting support wall disposed at a distance from the piston head. A cylinder and piston assembly and a piston ring for a cylinder, are also provided. | 06-17-2010 |

20110204575 | Piston ring - A piston ring with an upper part ring having an upper ring surface and with a lower part ring having a lower ring surface, and with a ring spring which is arranged between the part rings and acts with spring force upon these radially outward, characterized in that each of the two part rings has, on its circular-ring surface in each case facing the other part ring, a plurality of elevations arranged so as to be separated from one another by depression regions, with plateau surfaces which are parallel to the ring surfaces and are flat-planar or descend and which have in each case, the ring axis of the respective part ring, toward an inner-flank indentation which emanates, oriented parallel to the ring axis, from the plateau surfaces and runs out toward said spring axis, in each case parallel to the upper and the lower ring surface, and which has a quarter-circle-shaped cross section, the radius rv of said inner-flank indentation being 1 to 10% larger than the outer radius of the circle cross section of the common inner-flank indentation which is formed by the indentations of the part rings jointly forming the piston ring and which has a semicircular cross section. | 08-25-2011 |
