| 20100032901 | BOARD GAME WITH TOWER AND COLLAPSING STAIRS - An Indiana Jones theme board game having a tower supporting a plurality of collapsible stairs mounted in a spiral fashion, a deck of chance cards, dice, and pawns for the players. A tower top is mounted to the upper portion of the tower for rotation and downward vertical movement. A tube is mounted within the tower, and a number of pegs are mounted in the tower wall, one peg supporting a corresponding stair. The tube and pegs cooperate to transmit the rotational and vertical movement of the tower top to the collapsible stairs. The player picks a card and follows instructions printed on the card. During the game, certain cards instruct the players to rotate the tower top, causing openings in the outer wall of the tube to be located adjacent different combination of pegs, the combination being hidden and unknown to the players, such that the next vertical movement of the tower top and the tube results in an unknown combination of stairs to collapse. Certain stairs include hooks for engaging the pawns and preventing their fall should the stairs collapse. The tower also includes several small openings spaced from certain other stairs that allow pawns moved to particular spaces on those stairs to engage the tower to also ensure that the pawns do not fall should the stairs collapse. | 02-11-2010 |

| 20090041282 | Porting - A ported electroacoustical device uses the action of the port to provide cooling airflow across a heat producing device. The device includes a loudspeaker enclosure including a first acoustic port, and an acoustic driver, mounted in the loudspeaker enclosure. The device also includes a heat producing device. The acoustic driver and the acoustic port are constructed and arranged to coact to provide a cooling, substantially unidirectional airflow across the heat producing device, thereby transferring heat from the heat producing device. | 02-12-2009 |

| 20080302462 | Method of making coated glass article, and intermediate product used in same - In certain example embodiments of this invention, there is provided a method of making a window, the method including: forming a multi-layered low-E and/or solar control coating on a glass substrate; providing at least two flexible protective sheets in non-liquid form to the glass substrate over at least part of the low-E and/or solar control coating; applying at least one protective coating in liquid form, before and/or after the flexible protective sheets are provided, so as to reduce one or more gaps formed between the low-E and/or solar control coating and the flexible protective sheet(s) and/or between the flexible protective sheets; and performing one or more of cutting, edge seaming, and/or washing the coated article with the protective coating and protective sheets thereon and peeling the protective sheets and at least part of the protective coating off of the top surface of the low-E and/or solar control coating. Heat treatment (e.g., thermal tempering) may then be performed, and the heat treated coated article may be used in a window unit or the like. | 12-11-2008 |
| 20110027471 | Method of making heat treated coated article using diamond-like carbon (DLC) coating and protective film - There is provided a method of making a heat treated (HT) coated article to be used in shower door applications, window applications, or any other suitable applications where transparent coated articles are desired. For example, certain embodiments of this invention relate to a method of making a coated article including a step of heat treating a glass substrate coated with at least a layer of or including diamond-like carbon (DLC) and an overlying protective film thereon. In certain example embodiments, the protective film may be of or include an oxide of zinc. Following and/or during heat treatment (e.g., thermal tempering, or the like) the protective film may be removed. Other embodiments of this invention relate to the pre-HT coated article, or the post-HT coated article. | 02-03-2011 |
