20100296898Resin-Coated Metal Plate And Drawn Cans Using These Plates - The present invention offers resin-coated metal plates and methods of making, in which the resin-coated metal plates prevent wicket scars from occurring during processes of varnish, print and dry, and there are few scars on the resin-coated surface, the inner surface side of the can and that have superior corrosion resistance and workability, and drawn cans using these metal plates. Therefore, resin film that is applied to the metal plates, is comprised of two layers of a crystallized saturated polyester resin layer [A] and a layer composed of resin [B] that is comprised of saturated polyester resin (i) and ionomer resin (ii), wherein the layer composed of resin [B] is laminated on the above-mentioned metal plate to tightly contact with it, and on the polar surface of the saturated polyester resin layer that is crystallized [A] a highly crystallized layer (X) is formed. A drawn can is formed using the resin-coated metal plate.11-25-2010

20110025013STABILIZER DEVICE AND PROCESS FOR PRODUCTION THEREOF - A stabilizer device having high reliability and light weight is provided. The stabilizer device has a stabilizer consisting of a torsion part and arm parts each extending from both ends of the torsion part and having an overall shape of a square bracket, a “]” shape, a bushing for fixing the stabilizer to an automobile body arranged at both ends of the torsion part, and a resin misalignment preventing member which has a contacting part contacting with the bushing, which is arranged neighboring the bushing, and which is integrally formed with the torsion part and covering all therearound in a predetermined range of axial direction of the torsion part.02-03-2011
20110033226BALL JOINT AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREFOR - A ball joint, which has high reliability and reduced weight, is provided. A ball joint includes: a ball stud having a columnar stud portion and a ball portion which has a spherical side surface and a center positioned on an axis of the stud portion; a ball seat which is made of a resin and has a spherical recess portion into which the ball portion is relatively rotatably and slidably fitted; a housing which is made of a resin and holds the ball seat therein; and a support bar which is integrally formed with the housing, wherein the support bar has a bar portion which is a center portion extending along an axis of the support bar.02-10-2011
20110115182STABILIZER DEVICE - A stabilizer device includes a bar having a portion to be mounted to a vehicle body. A resin ring is integrally formed to the bar by a direct injection method, and a bush made of rubber is provided around the periphery of the resin ring. The bush is fixed to a member of the vehicle body side by a bracket. Since the contact area of the resin ring to the bar is secured by using the axial direction length of the bush, the movement strength of the bush in the axial direction can be improved even when there is size restriction. In the fixing construction of the stabilizer device, the movement of the bush to the bar can be sufficiently prevented even when the size restriction is severe.05-19-2011
20110150563BALL JOINT AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING SAME - A ball joint includes a ball seat, and the ball seat includes a thermal caulking portion for fixing a ball seat to a housing. The ball seat includes a concave portion having an overhang portion for withstanding a pullout load so as to prevent a ball portion from coming off from the concave portion. The concave portion of the ball seat is formed of polyoxymethylene, and the overhang portion and the thermal caulking portion are formed of a resin, in which glass fiber is added to the polyoxymethylene, so as to be strengthened. Consequently, the pullout load can be increased, and the weight of the ball joint is maintained and the production cost is not greatly increased.06-23-2011

20110074884INKJET HEAD - To provide an inkjet head which includes high-density nozzle rows and which does not easily cause an ejection failure due to adhesion of ink mist around ejection orifices when a high-density image of a secondary color is printed with a small number of paths. An inkjet head includes at least two or more types of nozzle rows that eject different amounts of ink. When A is the cross section, with respect to an ink supplying direction, of an ink supply path from each ejection orifice to a supply port and L is the length of the ink supply path, the value of A/L differs between the two or more types of nozzle rows. The nozzle row of which the value of A/L is small is disposed outside an area between the nozzle rows that eject a largest amount of ink and that are arranged next to each other.03-31-2011
