20090004779FABRICATION METHOD OF SEMICONDUCTOR INTEGRATED CIRCUIT DEVICE - A method of fabricating a semiconductor integrated circuit device uses a mold which is provided with a plurality of air vents and movable pins which are formed such that the movable pins include grooves in the distal ends thereof which project into the air vents. By clamping the mold in a state such that the distal ends of the movable pins are pushed against a multi-cavity board at the time of clamping the mold, resin can be filled while leaking air inside the cavity through the grooves formed in the distal ends of the movable pins by setting the depths of the respective air vents to a fixed value irrespective of the irregularities in thickness of the multi-cavity boards. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent insufficient filling of resin in the cavity, the leaking of resin or defective welding, whereby the yield rate of products can be enhanced.01-01-2009

20120009737METHOD OF MANUFACTURING SEMICONDUCTOR DEVICE - When chip-scale molding system is employed for QFP, the number of semiconductor devices available from a leadframe decreases because cavities each requires a runner portion. This problem can be overcome by employing MAP system, but use of a laminate tape increases the production cost. In through mold system, each cavity needs an ejector pin, which however makes it difficult to place a support pillar. The present application provides a manufacturing method of a semiconductor device by filling, while sandwiching a leadframe between mold dies having a matrix-state cavity group in which cavity columns obtained by linking mold cavities in series via a through gate have been placed in rows, a sealing resin in the cavities. In this method, the matrix-state cavity group has, at the cavity corner portions thereof, a support pillar having a cross-section striding over all the cavities adjacent to the cavity corner portions when viewed planarly.01-12-2012

20080249415ULTRASONIC DIAGNOSIS APPARATUS, BREAST IMAGING SYSTEM, AND BREAST IMAGING METHOD - A compression paddle of a mammographic diagnosis apparatus is provided with an opening portion which allows an ultrasonic probe to be fitted therein and slide. This apparatus performs ultrasonic scanning on a breast compressed/fixed to the compression paddle, and reconstructs a compressed breast image by using the obtained ultrasonic image as a virtual image, thereby acquiring an ultrasonic image and volume data of the compressed/fixed breast.10-09-2008
20110002519MAMMOGRAPHY APPARATUS, IMAGE PROCESSING APPARATUS, AND IMAGE PROCESSING METHOD - A mammography apparatus has a determination unit, a setting unit, a generating unit and a display unit. The determination unit determines whether a radiographic image of a breast contains an implant part based on a pixel value distribution in a predetermined region concerning data of the radiographic image. The setting unit changes a setting of a parameter for a tone conversion process based on a determination made by the determination unit. The generating unit generates a display image based on the radiographic image by application of the parameter. The display unit displays the display image.01-06-2011

20100057834Method and System for Facilitating Client Server Interaction - The system includes a server module to interact with a base client. The server module interacts with the logic of the web application to obtain the data requested by a base client data and sends it back to the base client in a format handled by the base client. The base client may then reformat the data to a client application requested format before passing the data to the client application. This method and system allows a client application programmer to obtain easily usable data from a web application by using the base client.03-04-2010
20100057937Method and System for Facilitating Client Server Interaction - The apparatus includes a base client module and a server module. The base client module receives requests from a client application on a client computer. The base client module calls a resource of a web application.. A server module transparently interacts with the logic of the web application to obtain the requested data and sends it back to the base client in a format handled by the base client. The base client can then reformat the data to a client application requested format before passing the data to the client application.
