20100105797SEALING MATERIAL, PROCESS FOR PRODUCTION OF THE MATERIAL, AND GASKET USING THE MATERIAL - A sealing material which comprises (A) an unsaturated group-containing ester-type urethane oligomer which is an energy ray-curable liquid resin and (B) a compound having at least one carbodiimide group in the molecule in an amount of 0.01 to 10 parts by mass based on 100 parts by mass of the component (A) and which is excellent in moist heat durability, can retain low moisture permeability, is excellent in adhesion to a material to be jointed and can form a highly precise extrusion shape; a process for production of a scaling material excellent in long-term storage stability; a scaling material produced by the process; a gasket using a sealing material having the above-mentioned properties. A cured product of the sealing material has a reduced surface adhesion property, enables the easy removal of an HDD cover, and consequently is improved in durability against an external force produced at the time of reuse. 04-29-2010

20090198040INSULATING POLYMER MATERIAL COMPOSITION - An insulating polymer material composition is obtained by adding an acid anhydride as a curing agent and an organic peroxide such as dicumyl peroxide as a curing accelerator (for example, in an amount of 0.5 to 16.0 phr) to an epoxidized soybean oil, kneading the resulting under conditions according to the added amounts, and then heat-treating the kneaded substance, thereby causing peroxide vulcanization and three-dimensional crosslinking. This insulating polymer material composition is applied to polymer products such as high-voltage devices.08-06-2009
20090281273INSULATING POLYMERIC-MATERIAL COMPOSITION - There is provided an insulating polymeric-material composition that is superior in insulating performance and mechanical strength and exerts no adverse influence on the global environment even after discarded. This insulating polymeric-material composition is obtained by mixing lignin as a curing agent with an epoxidized linseed oil and then conducting a heating treatment to cure it. As the lignin, for example, one obtained by blasting a lignin raw material and then conducting an alcohol extraction is used. The epoxidized linseed oil and the lignin are mixed together in such a proportion that epoxy equivalent of the epoxidized linseed oil:hydroxyl equivalent of the lignin=1:1. In the composition, as a curing acceleration agent, for example, 2-ethyl-4-methylimidazole is added by 0.2-2.0 parts by weight relative to 100 parts by weight of the epoxidized linseed oil. Upon this, it is cured under a condition, for example, of a heating temperature of 150-170° C. and a heating time of 10-20 hours. In some cases, the heating temperature is set to be formed of two different temperature regions.11-12-2009
20090312518INSULATING POLYMER MATERIAL COMPOSITION - An insulating polymer material composition is obtained by adding an acid anhydride as a curing agent and an organic peroxide such as dicumyl peroxide as a curing accelerator (for example, in an amount of 0.5 to 16.0 phr) to an epoxidized linseed oil, kneading the resulting under conditions according to the added amounts, and then heat-treating the kneaded substance, thereby causing peroxide vulcanization and three-dimensional crosslinking. 20090318632INSULATING POLYMER MATERIAL COMPOSITION - An insulating polymer material composition is obtained by adequately adding a curing agent, a curing accelerator or the like to an epoxidized vegetable oil (such as an epoxidizable vegetable oil and fat which is an ester of glycerin and a fatty acid having a double bond portion therein), and heating and three-dimensionally crosslinking the resulting. As the curing agent, the curing accelerator or the like, those used for petroleum-derived polymer materials such as epoxy resins can be used. This polymer material composition is applied to, for example, insulating structures for high-voltage devices including a switching device such as a circuit breaker or disconnector in the casing.12-24-2009
20100324228INSULATING POLYMER MATERIAL COMPOSITION - An insulating polymer material composition is obtained by adding curing agent (amine, acid anhydride, or phenol, preferably imidazole), curing accelerator, etc. (curing accelerator such as organic peroxide, amine, imidazole, or the like, and reaction aid such as peroxide), kneading under conditions according to the amounts of addition, and subjecting the kneaded substance to heat treatment, thereby conducting a peroxide vulcanization and achieving a three-dimensional crosslinking. This insulating polymer material composition is applied to polymer products such as high-voltage devices, etc.12-23-2010
20110152414INSULATING POLYMER MATERIAL COMPOSITION - [Summary] Not only to improve insulating properties, heat resistance, mechanically physical properties and the like of an insulating composition but also to lower viscosity of an insulating material (insulating polymer component) so as to improve a productivity thereby raising reliability of an insulating product.06-23-2011
