20100323544ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR - A connector includes a housing, a pair of headers, a pair of crank levers, a pair of ejectors, and a pair of clip arms. When a printed substrate is inserted into the housing, the pair of crank levers is caused to pivot so as to raise the pair of ejectors. Then, by moving the pair of clip arms from a third groove to a second groove at which the width is narrower, a pair of projections fits a pair of locking holes so as to sandwich both sides of the printed substrate. The connector can securely lock the printed substrate since the header prevents widening of the distance of the pair of projections even in a case in which a force aimed to detach the printed substrate from the housing works is acting thereon.12-23-2010

20110101940SEMICONDUCTOR DEVICE AND POWER SUPPLY DEVICE - The present invention realized miniaturization of a power supply device using a multiphase system. The power supply device includes, for example, a common control unit, a plurality of PWM-equipped drive units, and a plurality of inductors. The common control unit outputs clock signals respectively different in phase to the PWM-equipped drive units. The clock signals are controllable in voltage state individually respectively. For example, the clock signal can be brought to a high impedance state. In this case, the PWM-equipped drive unit detects this high impedance state and stops its own operation. It is thus possible to set the number of phases in multiphase arbitrarily without using another enable signal or the like.05-05-2011
20110121804SEMICONDUCTOR DEVICE AND POWER SOURCE DEVICE - A power source device capable of improving the power conversion efficiency at a light load independent of an input power source voltage is realized. For example, a clock signal is output from a common control unit to a PWM-mounted drive unit including a reverse-current detection circuit in addition to a peak current control method. This clock signal is selected by a mode setting signal from either of a clock signal with a constant frequency or a clock signal which is generated via a one-shot pulse generation circuit every time an output voltage at an output power source node decreases. When the latter is selected, the switching frequency at a light load decreases and the power conversion efficiency improves. Furthermore, the peak current control method can reduce the input power source voltage dependence of the switching frequency.05-26-2011

20110062310SOLID-STATE IMAGING DEVICE, IMAGING DEVICE AND DRIVING METHOD OF SOLID-STATE IMAGING DEVICE - It is possible to achieve compatibility between suppressing dark current caused by a leak phenomenon and ensuring element reliability in a CMOS solid-state imaging device. When a pixel using electrons as signal charge is driven, the negative voltage level of each of control signals adapted to pulse-drive transistors in the pixel is adjusted so that the longer the charge accumulation time, the higher the voltage level. Preferably, the negative voltage level is grounded (GND) when no signal charge is accumulated. The negative voltage level is increased only when the charge accumulation time is long, which is the case where dark current caused by a leak phenomenon becomes a problem. Therefore, it is possible to suppress stress on the pixels and the gate oxide film of their drive circuits and degradation of the transistor characteristics even if dark current is suppressed.03-17-2011
